Today was my first day at the gym and my first session with the trainer. I mentioned that I have weak arms, so that's what we worked on today. Oh man! I am worried about how I'm going to function tomorrow! We did 5 different exercises and my shoulders and armpit muscles (whatever those are called) are like jelly. It was fun, though, and I like my trainer. I have 5 more sessions and I'm thinking about adding another 2. They are 30 minutes each and I think with a few extra he can effectively show me how to use the whole gym. I have some friends who take classes on Thursday, so I think I may do one with them. I think I might actually stick with this!

incogneato, MH is out of town this whole week! At least the baby is walking and a bit of a climber. I think I can get away with boosting him up on things with my foot.
kevin arnold, lol. I don't know about that, but I would like to be able to hold my hair dryer without having to take a break!
I really am so glad I splurged on the trainer. I actually enjoyed myself. In a muscle trembling, see I told you I had noodle arms, is it supposed to be this difficult, OMG he won't seriously make me finish all of these, will he? kind of way.
