1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #1 since Jan 2014.
2. Testing this week? no testing at all until august when we start cycling for IVF #1.
3. Thoughts, vents, etc.? i am DREADING mother's day. i want to see my mom...but that will probably also mean seeing my sis. who actually gets to celebrate mother's day. when's empty uterus day?
4. Favorite summer drink? i LOOOOOVE summer shandys, like shocktop's version or leinenkuegel. also, it's JUST about warm enough for sam adam's summer ale, so i'll probably get some of that when i see it. i bought a blue moon sampler pack, and it's just not doing it for me. but i don't want it to go to waste, so i'm grudingly sipping my way through it.
4. Favorite summer drink? All of them! Lol. I used to love a really cold beer in the summer, something like Dos Equis, but I've been avoiding gluten for over a year now, and get crazy bloat and tummy aches if I have one. I need to find a new draaaaank.
have you tried hard ciders?? most are GF (i know angry orchard is) and they're super yummy!!
I do love cider! I don't strictly track calories, but being so short (4'11"), I just get so few calories a day, that I have a hard time blowing so many on a cider. MH buys it sometimes, though, so I'll treat myself when I've done a long run or something.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
1. Where are you in your journey? TTCAL since March 2014 CD 24
2. Testing this week? No. I got a positive OPK on CD 19 which is way early for me. I tested in the PM then tested again the next AM with a negative. I have short surges so I am assuming that I O'd. FF hasn't given me a crosshairs d/t my temp not rising. Thoughts?
3. Thoughts, vents, etc.? See above. If I have ovulated I need to start taking my progesterone. I had an HSG on CD12 and all tubes open with no big abnormalities seen, but my OB did write on my report that my uterus has a "funny shape" and shouldn't prevent pregnancy, but MAY have had something to do with my miscarriage. This is also week 2 of waiting on H's SA results...how long does it take to get results back?
ETA: 2 weeks seems long! H's were back both times in about 2 days, in his online patient portal. Do you have something like that, or are you having to wait for someone to call you?
It has normally been CD30. CD19 is fine we were able to get sex in, but not having a temp shift is what confuses me. It is always something.
I called my OB's office. They are looking into it. They think the hospital may have lost the results.
I have to take a month off from TTC to have a LEEP. I'm also using the opportunity to have LASIK eye surgery before resuming. Kind of anticlimactic since we just decided to TTC after years of not being sure. But I know it's not a big deal in the long run.
In warm weather I like white wine, certain light beers (I'm very picky...I love a blueberry ale from a local brewery) and some ciders. We just moved into our new house which has a nice front porch - we already have the rocking chairs out there for after work drinks!

That's frustrating! I hope you get the results soon, and hopefully some help to O earlier.

Blueberry ale sounds awesome! And a porch, be still my heart!
You are so right that it's NBD in the scheme of things, but it's annoying to lose momentum once you've made a decision. Is the break this current cycle, or upcoming? Gl with your LEEP and lasik!

1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #1 since Jan '14. 1 loss. Cycle 12, CD6.
2. Testing this week? Nope.
3. Thoughts, vents, etc.? Not much. I have one month of trying before my appointment with the RE. Hoping I'll get pregnant so I can cancel the appointment, but I also am not trying to get my hopes up. It's been a year of trying since our loss and I can't believe it's been so long. It's been nearly a year and a half since we started this whole process and other people have gotten pregnant and had their babies since then. Oh, and there was another baby boom on Facebook. Ugh.
4. Favorite summer drink? I'm not really a drinker, but I do like lemonade on occasion.

1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #1 Since April 2015, CD 9.
2. Testing this week? No.
3. Thoughts, vents, etc.? I'm not even really feeling like we are TTC since DH is training out of town for the next 5 months except for every other weekend. So I'm pretty sure nothing will happen until after he comes home for good.
4. Favorite summer drink? I don't drink alcohol but I love iced tea or lemonade.

Thanks! I guess it's really this cycle and next, because of the healing time. I hope to be cleared to resume TTC in late June but may miss out on that cycle (I'm new to charting and pretty recently off BC so I am basing this off of Fertility Friend).

I love ciders! I really like some of the less-sweet ones, like Crispin. They sit with me much better than most beers. I'm in Virginia and local cideries (sp?) is the hot new thing around here.
1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #1, just had an appt. with the OB/GYN on Friday (was just seeing my PCP previously). He said everything looks good and if nothing happens within the next 6 months, to call him up to discuss options.
2. Testing this week? Nope
3. Thoughts, vents, etc.? This is all new to me and I'm kinda freaking out about being ready...I know, everyone says that.
