Need help turning down a "friend"

Oh, man. That is hard but anyone that presumptuous must have tough skin. I'd tell her that you can't host host her but please let you know her travel schedule so you can meet up (if you'd want to). I would not give ANY reason and just say it isn't possible or she could suggest alternatives that you'll need new reasons to turn down.

Just tell her you're too busy with school and work and will be unable to host any guests.

If she presses, then you give her a firm "No".

Definitely use the fact that you're spread pretty thin right now. It's true, and a polite way to turn her down.

Edit: I see that it's the period girl, so I'm guessing the sunscreen incident was someone else...
