I know that I am silly to be so excited, lol. I just checked the UPS tracking and saw that it was left at the front door two hours ago. I work from home, and I can't stand the wait, so I'm going to go do it right now.

I'm not posting pictures until after my cut tomorrow morning, though!

I'm processing! Applying with a brush and bowl after years of being used to the bottle and "shampooing" it in was really, really awkward for me. I was so worried that I was missing big spots of hair, and by the end I was just dipping my fingers in the bowl and rubbing it into my hair - which was quite messy. I'm pretty sure I got my hair well coated, but next time I use a professional dye I'll get one of those bottles to mix the dye and developer so I can shampoo it in.

WELL, I said I wanted drastic! I think it's going to take a little getting used to before knowing if I like it. I think I do.

I couldn't wait until tomorrow, so I'm going to post pictures where I look like total crap without any makeup and without styling my hair.

Yeah, it's brown with red undertones. I'm okay with that, though.

You can definitely see some red when the light hits it. DH told me it looks like Emma Stone, which thrilled me because I adore her color. I think you can see the red a little better in this pic.

Wow, it looks fantastic! I can't wait to see the cut. I love the darker color. I've been tossing around darker but I always chicken out but my hair has gotten really blonde over the years.
