Hi everyone! This is our second month trying and our timing has not been good because my husband works out of town tonight. Because of that, I have been using the Clearblue Fertility Monitor to make sure I can pinpoint ovulation better along with charting. I got my two peak days on CD 24 and CD 25. According to Fertility Friend, my ovulation date was on CD 26. Which one do you think would be more accurate or how would I figure out which one of those would be my actual ovulation date?
I hope to be able to contribute more around here. Good luck to everyone!!
So you are temping along with using the opks? From what I understand, temping is the only way to confirm ovulation. I temp and use opks and typically see a temp spike the day after I get a peak reading on my opks. FF will not give crosshairs to confirm ovulation until you have had 3 days of high temps.
I haven't charted since February though, so someone correct me if I am wrong!

I am temping although I don't know how accurate it is since my sleep has always been kind of crazy. I wake up at least once during the night so sometimes I don't quite get 3 hours in before I have to wake up again. My chart was a little erratic this month but my ovulation date was fairly close to the dates I got from the fertility monitor.
I have used some opks but bought a used fertility montior from ebay for a good price. I got two peak days and then Fertility Friend had my ovulation date set for the next day.
I guess I just need to keep using both and we'll see what happens. Thanks for the input!
I have the same issue as you. I tried temping for a couple months, but my sleep patterns are so erratic that FF didn't know what to do with my temps! Best of luck to you.
It sounds like the monitor and FF are in agreement. You get peak days when you're about to ovulate, then according to FF you ovulated the next day. That sounds about right.

Ok. That makes me feel a little better. It seems like I ovulated on CD 26 which is later than last cycle but this is my first cycle using the monitor so I just wanted to get some opinions. I hope this does not mean that my cycles will be out of whack every month but it looks like that may be the case! Thanks!
