Mine is meeting with my boss to work out the details of my return to my job in a full time capacity July 1. I have been part time for about 1.5 years. Big changes ahead!
R- we have two buzzards that won't leave our back yard. The kids spent yesterday shooting nerf guns at them. They would fly away and then come back. They are driving the dog crazy.
V: the laundry is killing me seriously I can't keep up
AW: DS is really waking and talking. Now I remember why I love toddlers this is so fun.
I have one of those nerve damage headaches that can last for days and won't completely go away until it is good and ready to go away. This week just got off to an awesome start.
But. DS2 is graduating from kindergarten tomorrow. We have a larger venue this year, so hopefully it won't be the clusterfuck it was last year.

Yes! Oh my goodness, DS is finally talking up a storm and I love it. Last night DH and DD were out, so it was just the two of us. We played outside until dinner, and it was just cuteness overload from him. His voice kills me - it is so little and sweet. "Hum hon" (come on). "I BACK!!" (I'll be right back). "I looooo" (I love you). "Tink, Mama" (Thanks, Mama). "I curd" (I'm scared). "Mo-maw" (monsters). Toddlers are pretty awesome.
R: I let DD sleep in this morning, and she just woke up. School started at 8...guess we'll be late.
V: My house feels trashed again. I just can't stay on top of it. Laundry is insane, the kids' room is awful, and now the breakfast dishes need to be done. And today it's nice again, so we will be outside most of the day, and I'm going to want to garden during rest time, NOT fold laundry. I need everyone to go away for like a week and then I could make the house pretty.

R- ds1 was excited to go to school to tell his teacher about going to the emergency room to have a raisin removed from his ear. Aw- my mom offered me a job. It would be convenient and I could do it around school. Not sure about it but it might be a good thing. V- that trip to the ER threw off everything yesterday and will probably be expensive

There is no greater hell that vomit in car seats. You have all my sorries, sing.
As for me I'm just mad that I had tons of housework to do and did not get a single thing done. Womp womp. I am well rested on the couch though so I'm kind of winning!
R: My boys have been super clingy today. I'm glad it's nap time. I'm touched out.
AW: We usually let the housework go on the weekends, so I typically have a lot to do on Mondays. DH and I got the house cleaned up yesterday, so I'm being super lazy today.
Vent: DH and I went to see the Avengers movie last night. There was a 3-4 year old kid whose parents allowed him to roam the aisles and swing from the bars in the handicap accessible area (right next to DH's seat) during the entire freaking movie. I don't understand not only spending the money on a ticket for a kid who won't sit through a movie, but also letting him be a distraction to everyone else. So annoying.
R: Was on a semi girl's weekend (we all brought our youngest babies) and my friend is pregnant, unexpectedly, w/ her 4th. I've had nightmares since and am buying a giant pack of tests from amazon for peace of mind.
AW: Kind of the same as AG - so fun watching all of the things Jack is learning. Walking, climbing (on the dining room table!) and his personality is starting to coming through. He's not really talking yet aside from "nigh nigh" but he might have yelled mom from the crib this morning; I was too bleary eyed and exhausted to know if it was a dream or not.

V: Only 2 days left of preschool for DD2.
Lol Luke has about 10 words, none of which are mama. He can say DHs name, and his two siblings. He won't say mama.
Well, it's usually not a first or early word, which is why it's quite possible I was still sleeping when I thought I heard it! 10 words! I'm impressed, go Luke!
Today I have the pleasure of sitting my painfully sunburned ass on a bike seat.
Oh shit no. That sounds horrible.
I know right? Well I was dumb enough to do it to myself. And then eat a big bowl of (delicious, homemade by someone other than me) chips that I shouldn't have even touched. So yeah I'm going to get my ass to the gym!
V: someone stole DS's treat (chocolate chip bagel) out of his lunch bag. I had already mentioned it to him so we had to drive by the bagel shop after school to pick another up.
R: my breasts have now surpassed the biggest they have ever been, even when engorged with ds1. Still 8-9 weeks to go and I'm already leaking and you could probably see my nipples from outer space.
Aw: nothing really but I only have to make dinner twice this week and I've got a lot of kid free social things on the calendar the next two weeks

R- I was cursed at by an older woman on the plane yesterday. I still can't believe it. With the exception of a mentally ill man on the train one time, nothing like that has ever happened to me.
R- It feels really good to finally be back in NYC, but I feel bad that it means I can't visit my mom anymore. She doesn't have many visitors (she lives in a nursing home) and I know she is going to miss seeing DD.
AW: DD saw the ocean for the first time this weekend. We dipped her feet in and it was a really sweet moment.
V- I've already had it with all the assholes who honk their horn anytime our street is a little backed up. It's at the beginning of a bus route so busses sit there waiting their turn. This shouldn't be a surprise to people. Honking isn't going to make them move any faster.
R: DH is working the night shift, that means I have the whole bed to myself. R: Came in the house and was hot, tired and parched. Opened the fridge to discover that there is one Bud light lime in there. Must be my lucky day. AW: Went to the greenhouse today and got my bedding plants, got them in the ground. Looking pretty spiffy. V: I got nothing, life is good.
