It's a long weekend here so I used most of it to get my post-baby freezer meals done (I did that last time and it was the only way we survived / ate during the first couple weeks at least).
Breakfast French toast casserole Blueberry Lemon Sweet rolls (x 4 - I didn't realize the recipe made so much!)
Lunch Quiche Lorraine Spinach quiche Hot ham / hot smoked meat sandwiches
Snack Mixed berry loaf with streusel topping
Dinners Beef and Pork Ragu Lasagne Sour Cream Noodle Bake Chicken Pot Pie
Each of the dinners has between 6-10 servings so we'll be set for a couple weeks at least or have enough to serve company.
Wow, that's a lot of cooking! I'm sure you will appreciate having all that food around after the baby is born. I'm jealous you have freezer space for all those dishes!

That's so awesome! I had planned to do this before I was admitted to the hospital. We're trying to line up some help from family for the first few weeks with making meals, etc. Otherwise it will be carryout for us!
Dang, that's a lot of cooking and baking! We hardly have any freezer space so I'll have to figure something out because I do want to pre-make some dinners and stuff.
- make only half the recipe, otherwise the yield is two dozen sweet rolls (in the recipe she says "cut the dough in half and put it in the fridge for some other use"... that's how I wound up with four trays!)
