Someone who received a Comfort Kit called TTH to say thanks, and she broke down crying and couldn't even talk. She really, really appreciated the kit. People don't normally call so it sort of took me off guard but it's moments like this that remind me why I started this organization.
So many of you on this board have been instrumental in making this happen so again, thanks (heart)

That's so heart warming. I find peace in knowing you can help people so much through a hard, somewhat unspoken, time in their life. I always give you a shout out when appropriate because I believe in your organization so much.
I feel bad when you say you have xx unfulfilled orders. When a person checks out, does it give them the option to make a donation to cover the cost? Or even a partial, say $10? Have you ever thought about charging (even a small amount) for kits to help cover costs? I guess I just wish there was more I could do to help. Thanks for all you do!!

Yes on the request page it explains that kits are funded by donations and that we are experiencing an extremely high volume of requests and the wait is currently x (right now 5-6 weeks). Then it says that for a donation (min $5) they can expedite their request. Most people don't
