Carey Pinkowski, race director of the Chicago Marathon!

It was so fantastic and wonderful to pick his brain and get some behind the scenes info about the race and how it's all put together.  I will likely never get an opportunity like this again, and it just made my whole month  

Now I'm looking even more forward to running this race in October!

How fun! I definitely want to run this race again.

This really goes without saying, but if you haven't watched Spirit of the Marathon, it is a must before running Chicago. Hell, even if you have, watch it again during your taper.

I haven't watched it, but now I know what I'm doing this weekend .
