I'm full term today! I also had a real Pee or Amniotic Fluid conundrum this morning. I'm going with pee coupled with wishful thinking on my part.
hainesherway - thinking of you on your LAST day at the hospital before you deliver! You've been through such an ordeal and my heart really goes out to you - it must have been really lonely and boring and frustrating but you did it!
I have been up since 4:30 when H's alarm went off. Apparently the cool new thing is for the baby to hear the alarm and be AWAKE! YAY! (Thanks kid) Ugh. It's forcing me to be a morning person, and I hate it.
I am cleaning my guest bedroom. Organizing my knitting stash. It's out of control yo.
Tomorrow is my Graduation! Dude. I am completely done with college. It feels so strange.
Congrats on your graduation brandienee and I hope your baby comes soon dojo.
I really don't have a random other than I am too busy and beginning to freak out as I enter my third trimester. It feels like there is not enough time at all.

Thanks dojo and brandienee! It feels so weird that my time is almost here...I'm excited, nervous, and a ball of emotions all at once! Just have to get through a couple meetings today and then my maternity leave begins. They are going to do blood testing and put in my IV tonight. DH is spending the night with me here. It's going to be very hard to sleep!
One good thing about being in the hospital so long is that I got to request the nurse I want to be in the OR tomorrow morning. The doctor asked her yesterday and she accepted! I know I'm going to be getting the best possible care, so that's reassuring.
I'm super frustrated. I got my blood sugar level down to 5.0 yesterday morning and today it was 5.5 which is over the limit. I didn't do anything different and ate within the limits. Feeling pretty defeated today.

Was it your fasting #? The lady who oversaw all my gd stuff said the fasting # is the one # you have no control over, it's all hormones. Try not to beat yourself up about it.
I spent at hour at the park/splash pad with DS attempting to talk to other moms but no luck DS had such a great time I think we will try to go every morning.
Hopefully there are some good Memorial Day sales because I need some summer maternity clothes. It's only May and I'm only 6 months and it was waaaay too hot in jeans and a tee at the park.

I'm exhausted. I worked 17.5 hours yesterday with flying to Dallas and back. I got home last night and went straight to bed and sleep almost 12 hours but I'm still tired. I need to do some house cleaning since my mom comes tomorrow night.

Yes. It's the number I need to get under control so I can stay under midwifery care and avoid an OB.
I am so tired. My boss just asked me to go out to dinner tonight, NOOOOO. I'm hoping he has a meeting this afternoon and I can nap is his office, is that weird?
We're almost maternity leave twins! My last day of work is today. Hope your baby makes their appearance soon!
Yay! Thanks!
How much time off are you taking? I'm taking FMLA, so I get 12 weeks. Don't know the exact date I'll be returning yet, but probably the 3rd week of August (8/17).
I am working, then have a bikini wax after work. I scheduled regular ones for the remainder of the pregnancy since I can no longer see WTF is going on down there. I also need to finish packing for Hawaii since we LEAVE ON FRIDAY. I am pumped. The flight is going to suck but I am really excited to spend 9 days in the sun:)
I had my work shower yesterday and got most of the big stuff off my registry. H started freaking out about where everything is going to go when he saw it all.

I had an NST this morning, and the baby wouldn't cooperate, even after a bottle of water, two juice boxes, and 40 minutes. So we had a surprise ultrasound and a mini nervous breakdown, heh. He passed the ultrasound with flying colors, thankfully, but damn kid. You're killing me. It's a good thing I'd taken the entire day off, because our appointment was at 11:30 and we didn't get out of there until after 2 o'clock.
I'd brought my laptop home to start working on performance reviews this afternoon - I have 8 full reviews to write and I have to meet with them all by the end of next week. But after this morning's shenanigans, there's no way I can be remotely productive. I may just take a nap, and hope to god that if I block off my calendar and spend tomorrow working on them I can get through at least the first three, since I have to run them past our internal HR person before I meet with them on Tuesday. Sometimes being management sucks.

I talked to my new boss today and we decided I'll start working from home 6/29-I'm excited because work has been a little slow, and my husband is a teacher and we keep our daughter out of daycare in the summer so I'll actually get to spend a little extra time with her before baby comes.
I have "finished" packing my hospital bag. I have been OBSESSIVE about it in a way that no normal person should be. I don't even feel like I brought too much stuff last time (maybe a little) but this time I have really turned hospital packing into an art form of my own. There are a few last minute items on a list but otherwise it's ready.
This probably won't stop me from watching a thousand more "What's in my Hospital Bag?" videos on YouTube. If I wasn't already working full time, I could have easily turned researching and executing this very straight forward subject into a full time job.
I made a general list for DH, but he has to pack his own shit and if it's not ready in time, then so be it.
I think it might be time to bust out the maternity pants. I just had to unbutton my pants at my desk after I ate lunch. *-)
I totally ordered some maternity stuff online to arrive at 9w based on posts here. I didn't want to be caught with nothing fitting. Think how comfy you will be!

I didn't need them until closer to 15 or 16 weeks last time! This is nuts.
