I ordered these M&Ms for Tman's birthday party. Aren't they hilarious? (hope the photo works)
So these are obviously going to be favors or at least part of the favors.
I feel like I have no plan for his party. It is only a week and a half away. I usually have spreadsheet and all kind of organized crap for his parties, but I didn't do that this time.
The place provides "one tableware setting per player" but since there might be parents that won't play, I should get some plates and stuff.
I'll get an ice cream cake. I will order that mid-next week.
Do you think I need to buy balloons or decorations? I could, I guess, but it doesn't seem necessary to me considering the venue.
I need to figure out food. I can buy pizzas there for $12/large. But, I don't know, that sounds kind of gross to me. I was thinking of maybe getting a couple Costco trays. Is that dumb for a 10 year old party? And I'll need to figure drinks.

If you're looking for options other than pizza, for P's party we did sandwich platters from Jimmy John's. Then maybe chips and fruit, drink and ice cream cake and you're all set. I don't think you need balloons or decorations. More of a hassle for you to get there to set it up before hand then deal with at the end.
Make sure you have utensils to cut and serve the cake. And utensils if they're needed to serve the food. And napkins.

Good reminder. Thanks. This wasn't on my radar at this point.
What kind of ice cream cake did you decide on? Did you ask the venue if they have a freezer for the cake, that you can use? Pizza(I vote pizza for all), drinks, plates and cutlery, candles, lighter, favors hmm... I'd bring a decent knife to cut the cake with.

minion. I'm going to get a Baskin Robbins cake. And yes the place does have a freezer, so that's good. A knife is good thinking...especially for ice cream cake.
