Good morning!
I am so thankful to be in a PhD program that I really enjoy. My main advisor is wonderful and I'm really enjoying my research. And the flexibility has been really nice.
I'm thankful for my workout buddy. I've had such a good time running hills this week and doing a great tabata workout.
I'm thankful for the upcoming long weekend. The kids are at such a fun age and I love having more time with them.
Thankful it's my Friday and I get an hour massage and adjustment tomorrow! I'll have had three in a month. Thank you insurance for allowing me to get 12 in a year for $5 each.
I'm thankful my 21 Day Fix stuff came yesterday, so I can do the workouts in place of running for the next few days (J is OOT and it is not currently legal for me to leave my sleeping toddler at home alone while I go on a run). Due to a bridal shower and bachelorette party on Saturday I will be half assing at least the diet part over the weekend but I'm hoping this will shake things up for me.
I'm thankful for: * my husband who supports my fitness goals * my job that allows me to WFH so I can go running when I like * my dog who runs with me (sometimes)
For my pain free run this morning For laughter For my short commute that allows me to go home for lunch and enjoy the porch and my pup for a nice break during the day For my siblings and that we truly enjoy and appreciate the time we get to spend together
I'm thankful to be almost home after a week of traveling. I'm also thankful that DD is finally interested in talking to me in the phone while I'm away. Lastly, I'm thankful that I have a gym and a treadmill across the street because it is SO hot here already.
Thankful for my handy husband - i came home yesterday to a new(to us) boat at our dock. He has a new hobby toy and it will be fun to take the dogs out this summer on a pontoon vs our smaller speed boat.

I'm thankful to be. Simply that. I'm behind on a lot, messy house, and feeling like a tired slug on my short runs lately. Even still, I know I have it pretty good and I'm thankful for health, family, job, dogs, and coffee. And my trusty Subaru.
I'm thankful for my parents and all they do for me I'm thankful for coffee and a toddler who is now sleeping in until 5:30. Still early but it's not 4!
