I mentioned to my doctor that I pee when exercising, sometimes sneezing, etc. since having kids. My youngest is 3.5 so I don't think it's going to go away on its own. She prescribed tolterodine (for overactive bladder). I've been on it for 2 days and sneezed without incident several times. I have not done jumping jacks or other known problem exercises yet, but I'm cautiously optimistic (but will still wear a pad to bootcamp or when running). I take it at night because it can make you tired or dizzy.

Unfortunately, you stay on it forever. It reduces the spasms in your bladder and apparently tightens up the bladder so you have some more control. I have decent insurance so as long as I choose to fill it mail order I don't have to pay for it, so I figured I'd try it.
It's also a category C drug, so you can't use if pregnant or might become pregnant, and I don't think you can use it while nursing.
