I haven't really changed anything. I do try to limit my alcohol intake and when I drink (which is rare now), I limit it to one drink instead of the two or three that I would have had before. no medical tests done until we were almost a year in since we've had no success. even now going through IVF, I haven't really changed anything. I do need to change my diet and exercise (I'm not overweight, but I could stand to lose a few pounds), but that's more for my overall health than for TTC.
ETA: and I started prenatals maybe 6 months before we actually started TTC.
I started taking prenatal vitamins as soon as I went off birth control. I've been limiting my coffee and alcohol especially to get used to one cup of coffee a day. I wanted to lose some weight but that hasn't really happened yet!
I started taking a prenatal vitamin and started drinking green tea. I cut down to two cups of coffee from three. After our first cycle I also began drinking raspberry leaf tea and pure pomegranate juice.

PNV and did an overall health change. I switched to a primarily vegetarian/vegan diet, but that was for overall health, not TTC. I toyed with the idea of going off my AD, but glad I didn't because we're two years in and my mental health couldn't take that.
Started taking prenatals a few months beforehand, made sure my vaccinations were up to date and saw my Dr a few months in (for my yearly appt) and mentioned that H and I were TTC. I also saw my neuro beforehand to made sure I could stay on my anti-seizure meds/didn't need to switch meds and to find out my first steps I'll need to take when I finally get pregnant (lots of blood tests). Yay for medical conditions. /sarcasm
Also H lowered his alcohol intake and started taking vitamins.
I was actually already taking prenatals for my sad, pathetic nails. Lol. So I take those and I did get off my anti anxiety meds, but that was mostly just because I dodnt feel like I needed them anymore. I've also been working out a little more and eating healthy, but that's mostly for overall health, just happened to coincide with ttc. The only medical test was my gyn testing my thyroid and pituitary levels after I had my iud out.

I concentrated on working out and getting more physically fit, especially for my core and back muscles. I think this was very beneficial as I had very little back pain throughout my first pregnancy. I also did the prenatal vitamins about 6 months out!
I talked with my midwife at my annual appointment about 6 months before we stared trying. She and I came up with a timeline of when to come back if we were unsuccessful and had a good chat about any concerns I had. I stopped takibg BCP a few years before (we charted to avoid) and was taking prenatals before we officially started TTC.
No real purposeful changes other than taking PNVs. I lost weight, but it wasn't specifically because of TTC, just for overall health/wellness.
Now that I am thinking about it, I did stop taking any sort of Advil. NSAID, etc. if I have aches or pains. If I have to, I will take a Tylenol instead. But again, it's better for me in the long run from a holistic perspective.
I went off the pill and that was about it This time around, I weaned DD at night and had an out of town trip away from her which jumpstarted my cycles. This time, I am also taking prenatals out of the gate since my natural vitamin stores are probably depleted from pregnancy and BFing

Went off BC and started prenatals. Found out I was allergic to the brand I was on and found a vegan soy free one that is working well. Saw my OB to make sure that it was still safe to take all my allergy meds. Using Fertility Friend to help chart my cycles. Going to play around with OPKs soon since Dh will be finishing training soon and we will actually be able to actively TTC.
