Total AW: first and last day of preschool

You guys, I can't even believe her first year of preschool is up. Putting her in preschool was one of the best things I could have done for both of us. While I am looking forward to spending a lot of time together this summer, I am a little worried about burning out. Those four hours per week were so necessary. 

But here's a collage with her first and last day. She grew so freaking much. I think I got her current height wrong because she looks like she grew more than two inches!  My baaaaaaaby!

Preschool was also a wonderful thing for my girls, especially DD2. When she started this past year, she was the youngest child in the class and really struggled socially. She also was slightly behind some of her classmates academically because she had just turned 3 before the school year started. She has blossomed SO much this past year that it's astounding. I can't believe how far she has come socially and she has learned a ton. I'm so glad I didn't chicken out and keep her home another year!

Yup! They had to be 2.5yo by March 1 so it was a 2.5-3.5yo class. She was right in the middle with age. It was Tu and Thu from 9-11.

It is crazy how much they change over the school year. I always get nervous going into the Summers as a SAH parent, but we do have so much fun. DH knows he has to up his game and give me more breaks when he gets home from work (or before work when he works nights). Even a 30 min breather by myself helps my sanity.
