Rest day here, so up early for coffee, reading and doggy snuggles for a bit before we start staining the deck. Leisurely bike ride this afternoon. This weather is perfect.

I'm up now, but managed to sleep in until 7 am. That's late for me! Today is a rest day, but we're going to a 5 year old's birthday party this afternoon, so rest is relative.
Today is the last day of nice weather we have until it gets gross and hot (highs in the 90s every day for a week) and I want to enjoy it!
No running for me today. I'm exhausted after a hot 10 mile race yesterday. My H is at work today and I've got my 3 kids so I'll likely do a barre video later.
I would say good luck to our racers but they are probably already out running. I slept in until 8:30. That never happens! The kids are still down. DS is in a Memorial Day parade so we are sticking close to home. Rest day for me.
I'm up. Sadly, no workouts here. I am heading out on my FIL's boat though so that should be fun. Then SIL's baby shower this afternoon and driving back toward DC tonight.

13.1 this morning!
I PR'd by 4 minutes from my last half, which was 2 weeks ago, and took 10 minutes off my time from last year's race. So happy to come in under my goal time of 1:45...1:44.30!!!

I'm up, but I just made breakfast (French toast and bacon! Mmm). I'm going to run about an hour today and not sure what else. My 10k is tomorrow, but again not racing it.
I did a half this morning, but after going hard last weekend for my sub 2 I decided to take it easy and run for fun this week instead. I finished in 2:06, but somehow clocked a 7:01 mile in the home stretch!
What the what? Tell me your secrets, that's awesome!
I've been up for awhile. I planned on a few miles on the treadmill but I have been doing housework for the last 3 hours so I am going to count that as my cardio. My mom and bff are coming over soon for dinner so I plan on opening a bottle of wine soon.
