Sorry for my delay--I did a computer free weekend for the long weekend, so I am just seeing this now.
I was told during treatments to not do anything to jeopardize implantation, so no running really and no jerky movements that could fuck with that. No strenuous lifting. Extremely frustrating for me.
I have never run a full, but in all of the halves I have done, my cycle has been totally normal and I have always ovulated, so that is not why I was told to not exercise as intensely.
All in all, as hard as it is (and man, it is HARD not to be out there running or lifting as much as I can!) for $1200 a month in treatments, I am willing to stop for 2 weeks at a time if it provides me a greater success rate of my treatments.
Huge hugs to all who are struggling with IF. I strongly suggest the TTTC board, they are SO supportive.
Thanks, shauni27! $1200/month on treatments? Yikes. I've been avoiding the money side of things up until this point (ignorance is bliss?) :?
This is only on months that I am doing treatments, I do not do them each month. And I do monitored cycles because once I went on meds, my ovulation was not able to be tracked with OPKs at home. Most people pay a lot less!
