Please shine your lights for a family I have known since before I was born. Early this morning, my friend and his family were swept away in floodwaters in Texas. He was found 12 miles downriver from where they were staying, miraculously alive and banged up, but mostly ok. They still have not found his wife or his two precious children. My mom was their nanny for years now and she is just completely distraught. There were also two other families with them who also have not been found. This is so completely awful and devastating and I don't really know how to process it. I feel so awful for everyone involved, for all the fear they are feeling and for the long road ahead of them. I can't even imagine.

Please light a candle for them or say a prayer or meditate or set an intentional yoga practice for them, whatever your thing is. They can use all the positive energy we can spare.
