1-2x/week, max. Otherwise, it gets frizzy and out of control. I also only wash DD's hair about this much. DS tends to get food in his hair, so his hair gets washed as necessary.
Every other day in the winter, every day in the summer or if I work out.
I have a lot of very fine hair, so it usually looks fine on the second day, but if I get sweaty at all, it ends up looking greasy and I have to wash it.
Every day. I don't care that it's not good for my hair or it will dry it out or other stuff people say. I have the thickest hair known to man kind (those that have met me can attest to that) and I still wash it daily. I don't feel clean unless I wash it and frankly I like to feel clean. I shower and wash my hair daily. Haters to the left.

Every day. I am a greaseball otherwise. A few times/year I will skip the shower if I'm just lazing around the house but the grossness when I wake up on day 3 is yuck.
My stylist/close friend yells at me all the time for it and says it's better to at least give it a day between shampoos. But my hair feels gross on day two and always ends up in a pony, even with dry shampoo, because it's so flat without washing and blowdrying.
With conditioner I was doing it daily, but my stylist recently taught me to "pineapple" my hair and sleep with it piled on top of my head in a loose scrunchy and that gets me an extra day. But I do a sweaty workout every other day so I need to conditioner wash it after one of those.
Every 2-3 days. I usually plan to wash it on the days that I have a really hard workout which is usually every other day. I SAH so if I have something that I want to wash my hair for it's no big deal for me to just push it another day and use dry shampoo. I either do a body shower or take a bath every day though.
Every 4th day, otherwise it gets too dried out and frizzy. Wash, condition, blowdry straight, and then flatiron. When I get a Brazilian blowout, then I just need to blowdry to get the moisture out.
About 1x/week, maybe even 1.5 weeks. It is so ridiculously frizzy that whatever natural oil my scalp produces helps tame it. I pray DD doesn't get my hair and get's my husband's.
I do the "veronabrit hair routine". I've done it for years and I love it.
Twice a week I shampoo, deep condition, mousse on the roots, blow dry, hot rollers, hair spray, and more root volumizer on top. Then I spray in dry shampoo on my non-wash days. My hair looks great for 2-3 days. I've stretched it to 4-5 days before if it's in a ponytail.

Every day. About once a week I skip a day. I have super fine hair and it starts to look greasy and flat and lifeless without a good washing and blow dry.
Luckily because it's so fine it doesn't take longer than 5 or 7 mins to blow dry.
I wash it every day. I have fine, oily, slightly wavy hair and I do not look good in a ponytail. I don't do much styling - just blow dry with my fingers and then brush it out at the end. If it's frizzy during the summer I will flat iron the top layer.
When I was pregnant I would go every other day (first time in my life). I should get KU again to help me out with that.
