BumKnee Boring: May 18 at 11:58pm So this sucks! Saturday night walking with my princess my left knee gave out on me, almost taking me to the ground, twice. I was fine yesterday, but then I just sat around most of the day. Today I was fine all day until after we came back from the park from the picnic for head start. I let the girls play outside until *kid's* dad picked her up. Almost every time I got up my knee would give out. It was fine after my niece left a little after 8 until right before heading back to bed about 40 minutes ago. I'm good if I walk with my knee bent, but if I straighten it then it tends to give out on me.
May 19 at 8:50pm So after spending the majority of the day with my new knee brace sleeve, I can say my knee feels so much better. I know it will take a bit longer to feel almost 100% since it will never be 100%, I'm just glad my knee is feeling better. And it hasn't gotten given out on me since I took it off around 4 or 4:30.
Blackout Boring: May 20 at 1:12pm So yeah power just went out. Yay! Not. Called to report it so hopefully they fix it soon. All I know is the power went and there was a loud boom, almost like it was right out back.
May 20 at 3:07pm Power is finally back on. YAY!!
BeansBeansTheMagicalFruit Boring: May 22 at 6:06pm Starting the baked beans for tomorrow/Monday picnics! You all better be happy with these, I am so not in the mood to make them and I can't get H to fry me up the bacon. I hate frying bacon!!! Actually I'm kidding. I don't really feel like making them, but that is what the slow cooker is for!!
May 22 at 7:14pm Beans ready to be turned on. Slow cooker is filled almost to the top with beans bacon and everything that goes into making great grammy's baked beans. There is just enough room so I can stir when I turn the cooker on before heading to bed. Now I just have to clean up the dishes from this stuff. Besides using the crock saves me having to turn on my oven and over heating the place or using the gas.
May 22 at 11:02pm I'm thinking it is time to relax. I have been on the go all day. First with my momma to the mall and Sam's Club for some things, and a quick stop at Wegman's, I really needed to get my essential oils for making some awesome not so nasty smelling bug spray. Got home and put everything away, Got chicken cut and seasoned now frozen for out cookout that hopefully happens in a few weeks.Cooked dinner along with a quick run to Wal-Mart for a side for dinner. Then baked beans, dishes, and cleaning out around my desk. I'm going to hate cleaning my desk off! That is for another time. H thought I was joking when I said I was cleaning. I admit I'm not the kind of person that loves to clean and I will put it off as long as I can, but when I'm in my moods to clean you need to just let me go. I have to finish cleaning my dish drainer off and put it back together, sweep the kitchen floor then I think I will hit the shower quick to rinse off the dirty feeling and head my butt to bed. Good night everyone!
May 23 at 12:32am Yeah, so my body won't relax. It wants to keep moving. What's up with that? I think I will turn on the beans, fold clothes, switch clothes over to dryer and throw another load, take some benedrly and try to get some sleep. Good night everyone!
57 mins Well, I guess I better get my butt in gear and get in the shower. Beans are heating up. Need to be around for when the boys get home so they can get ready. Have a good day everyone. And Happy Memorial Day. A day for remembering those who fought in wars that are no longer with us on earth.
Burial Boring: Yesterday at 10:32am Going to go get some flowers and head to a few visit the sites of a few past family members. a couple I never got to know, and some I miss terribly even though it's been a little over 10 years since they have been with us. Sissy loves visiting them, even if she never got the chance to meet them. Have a good day all!
16 hrs Had a lovely day visiting the site where family members now lay. Visited great gram and pap Smith. Found that I also have a *lastname* relative buried in the same area. Mr. Ernie. Not sure exactly who he was, but he was married to a Viola. Stopped to see great gram and pap *lastname*, great gram and pap *othername*, and pap *howmanycantherebe*. We weren't sure where one of my gram's brothers was buried, maybe next time we can find him. Man how I miss them all. I never met my pap *wtf*. The only grandparents I haven't been to in a long while is gram and pap *idon'tunderstand*. I haven't been there in almost 8 years. Need to get over to their graves too. Sissy enjoyed visiting as well. Minus the itchy feet from the grass, we enjoy our visits. Even got to see pap and gram *lastname*, my relatives that are still alive, at my mom and dad's house before we came home. Now we are home relaxing and watching some tv. Well, DD is playing. Just her and I for the day since DS and daddy went fishing.

This isn't relevant, but here's how my family does baked beans:
Preheat oven Open can of grandma brown's baked beans and dump in pan Add some molasses, dried onion, ketchup, and mustard--mix well Top with bacon Bake for 30 -45 minutes

Overnight seems excessive
If she is making them in the slow cooker and using dried beans, they do take like 10 hrs.

I look forward to Boring statuses. Has anyone introduced her to the concept of the written journal? It would seem she's mistaken FB as her own personal journal.
