Summer vegetable baked ziti three sister empanadas (black bean, corn, zucchini) and salad Garlic and herb crusted halibut (carried over from last week), roasted veggies

Tonight: steaks and sweet potato fries Tuesday: grilled fish and veggies Wednesday: the casserole and grilled chicken Thursday: take out from somewhere Friday: I have a work meeting so the boys will fend for themselves.

T- sautéed shrimp, cucumber salad, rice pilaf W- pizza night, I think I'll put pepperoni, mushrooms, onion and maybe broccoli in them R/F- pulled chicken in the crockpot over brown rice, some veggie on the side probably green beans Weekend- chicken and veggie stir fry (Lily asked for baby corn included) brinner (last week I put fresh strawberries in honey wheat pancakes and those were a big hit).
Weekly baking: I think we are making oatmeal apple cookies
