Eating wise, I've been alternating not eating (no appetite whatsoever) and eating all the things since my sisters announcement.
Exercise wise, I walked four miles with the dogs yesterday. Everyday that its not pouring I take them out on a regular loop that is 1.25 miles at least once a day but typically more.
Yesterday we had a super healthy dinner and today I have a pretty healthy lunch! Yay! Really trying to get better about making food because it will save us money and be healthier!
As for exercise, things are just ok. Trying to get out on walks when we can but I've either been tired, lazy, or busy so it's only happened a couple times. Need to make it a priority! The challenges will help
I'm a mess. I keep saying that this is the week I will step up and quit eating crap and actually do some exercise. This past weekend consisted of way too much junk food. I'm going out for Thai food tonight for my H's birthday, so tomorrow I want to try and focus on eating better.
I dusted off my MFP log on so I'm going to attempt to track calories this week. I weighed myself this morning so I have a starting point. My hope is to work out later this evening with a DVD. I'll check in later once I've completed the daily challlenge - thanks awick14!
I did ok eating yesterday. May had too many twizzlers though. I did skip dessert last night which floor DH. He couldn't understand why I didn't want a piece of apple pie with ice cream. I packed healthy food today for work.
I dusted off the treadmill yesterday and did c25k. I'm starting an 8 week workout program tonight.
