Help me make a random baby things list

My little sister is pregnant. We aren't the closest, but I'm trying to be helpful to her since she doesn't have you guys to talk her off ledges and such. So I have a list started of important baby things that she may not think of. So far I have:

Belly band
Belly bandit (she's probably a cs)

Help me add things to this list. It'll also be a good reminder when/if I get knocked up again.

If she'll be in a park a lot (hot new mom escape spot here), I love JJ Cole picnic blankets. I've used mine literally hundreds of times, and it's easy to perfectly fold with one hand while holding a baby. It's pretty waterproof, so you can comfortably sit on wet ground.

aden & anais swaddle blankets - they're all purpose (nursing cover, blanket, stroller cover, floor mat etc.)
old school gerber cloth diapers (for burp rags or I used them as changing pad cover this time around so I wasn't constantly washing the changing pad cover)
