After stopping formula at age one, she refused milk for 6 months. Now at 26 months she might drink 1/2 cup a day. She loves cheese, yogurt ect. Our dr didn't care if she was eating other forms.
We had this problem with the bean. I resorted to adding flavors - chocolate, vanilla, strawberry - didn't work that well. I don't remember how long it took, but she did end up coming around and now loves milk so much that we have to limit it :/

Mine refuses to drink milk. She likes almond milk and we do lots of cheese and yogurt. She likes water so not worried there... Have you tried flavored water? Just some lemon juice or something in it? experiment and see what she likes. Not a huge deal if she's getting the dairy elsewhere... I'd just be concerned about keeping her hydrated in the summer. Ice in water? Different cup? Mine always did better with a open cup - way messier but she drank a lot more...

You could try thinning it with water and then adding less and less as she gets used to it. I don't have this problem as my kid barely drinks water and we spend a small fortune on organic milk every week :/
Only America pushes milk like the world is going to end if your kid doesn't drink it. Living in Europe for a handful of years and no one pushed milk or swore that it was going to make you grow stronger, etc. In actuality, we are the only mammals that drink another mammals milk for an extended amount of time.
Personally, I think milk is over rated. I grew up drinking milk at every meal but now in my house my kids drink water at every meal. We hardly ever drink milk. There are a lot of other sources of calcium --- popular ones -- cheese, yogurt, kale etc.

This is only because we are the only species to find a way to reliably procure milk. Many animals, even birds, will drink milk at every opportunity they get.
I also dislike milk and haven't voluntarily consumed any since I was about 10. My mother and I nearly killed each other over this, but I managed to grow up and not have rickets without drinking milk.

I would be mildly concerned about the lack of water intake. Can y'all monitor and track how much water she is actually getting? She may be getting more then you realize even if it's little sips throughout the day but she does need to be getting enough hydration. Have you tried juice? I avoided juice until 2 but DD was happy to drink water, if you haven't tried it try watered down juice or lemonade and see if she'll drink that.
I am not a fan of milk. If she likes other forms of dairy, I would not worry about it. Yogurt and portion of cheese can carry the same nutritional value. Does she like water? For me it would be more about keeping her hydrated since you can get the benefits of milk elsewhere.

Yeah, that's my concern, too, but she seems to pee enough, and it's not dark pee (so no indication of dehydration).
I suspect she's getting enough water from other food. She does love watermelon and ice. LOL.
The nanny also gives her rice porridge and noodle soup every day, which are both full of water.

I can't monitor because I'm not home. I trust the nanny is doing her best.
She had POG while in Hawaii and loved it (of course), but I really don't want to get her into the habit of drinking juice if I can help it.
As long as we put ice in her water, she'll sip it.
