I just decided to start a healthy eating kick... I looked around here to see if there was healthy eating discussion, and didn't see much. There's the Whole 30 board - I honestly hadn't ever read up on Whole 30 - I just did, and it's not for me. I thought I remembered seeing a series of check-ins here for healthy eating... was I wrong? Is that still going on? The health & fitness board seems to be more exercise related than food.
If there is healthy-eating discussion going on somewhere, could you point me that way? If not, is anyone interested in starting a check in series or maybe a new board/sub-board? Or maybe H&F is open to a group of us starting more food discussions there?
I'd like to exchange healthy recipes, healthy snacking ideas, and maybe check-ins to keep accountable.
I'd be interested. I've been lazy lately and eaten too much convenient food. I'd like to get more on track without investing in a total "lifestyle."
This is me, too. Since separation/divorce and living alone, I feel like it takes too much time and planning to prepare healthy meals for 1 person. I just need to re-dedicate to taking the time and not eating processed food.
I should, but I just bought BOGO Ben & Jerry's at the store last night so...
LOL! I did my first healthy eating grocery shopping last night, and it did include some chocolate ice cream. I'll just satisfy my sweet tooth with small portions. I hope.
How about we do a Monday healthy-eating post here on ML every week? We can use it as a check in, but also talk about meal plans for the week, share recipes, etc.

I'd love to join! I'm very slowly coming to terms with the fact that I'm lactose intolerant (especially for cheese, sob) and I'd like to find some healthy alternatives to my favorite cheesy meals.
I'm getting bored of the meals I make, I could absolutely use some new ideas. I'm down 50 pounds as of this morning. I want to make sure I keep going to get to my goal (35ish more pounds), so new recipes would be great!
I would like to. I'm doing the Bikini Body Guide and trying to eat as healthy as possible, but it's hard to stay motivated and we get in ruts where we eat the same thing over and over.
