I have an interview tomorrow. I'm cautiously optimistic. The hiring manager contacted my current manager and my manager told him I'd be a perfect fit for the position. The job is for my the same company, but at a different location. So my commute would go from 1 hour to 5 minutes. Yes please. I really hope I get it!
I signed up for a two week yoga pass at my local yoga studio and I'm really loving it. I've gone to two classes and I'm already sore.
I am driving up to the bay area this weekend with my friend, her mom and her 3 year old son. 6 hours in a car with a 3 year old. Someone hold me.

A friend posted this article on Facebook. And I found it interesting to read.
FI's friend is coming into town tomorrow for the weekend, but she will only be here for a short period of time and I found this fun article, too! I think I am going to share it with them to see if there is anything on the list that they would like to do, since she will be here for about 36 hours! So timely!

I'd go to Mount Bonnell over the 360 Bridge. Check out this Thrillist article too. It has some good suggestions. Surprisingly, I had done a good portion of them. Hopefully it's not too rainy this weekend and she can have a good time here!
I ran this morning -- yay! Seeing two apartments today and going to a movie with a friend. Won't get much work done, but that's what tomorrow will be for.
I have a date tonight with this really cute guy who I have more in common with in 2 days of talking than I have found with most people in a few weeks. It's almost creepy how many similarities we have. He seems super sweet, so I am really excited. It was a last minute thing though because our schedules don't line up again until late next week and neither of us want to wait that long. I have on glasses and not a dress I would normally wear to a date, but I am going to go with the flow and rock it.

MY WISDOM TEETH STILL HURRRTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!! I thought I was crossing a hump yesterday but last night they started up again and again today, it's every 4 hours once pain meds wear off. DAMMIT. I also have a 1/2 marathon in 14 days I was already not doing great on training for, but was getting by just fine. This totally set me back. I tried to run a block this morning and it put pressure on my teeth, so not ready to hit the pavement yet. Looks like I'll be walk/running this one.

My attorney let me know yesterday that he is withdrawing from my case because there is nothing more he can do. Guess I'll never see the money the xh owes me :-(
I've been getting weirdly sick. Like nauseous and throwing up in the evening. On Monday night, I thought maybe it was just the pizza I ate (which bummed me out because I planned on having it for dinner again). Then I was ok on Tuesday, I felt a little nauseous and sick from a different end if you know what I mean (ick), but no throwing up. Then yesterday I was back to the really nauseous and throwing up. I worked out, and I almost thought I was going to puke in the middle of class. It came out of nowhere, then subsided. I thought maybe I needed to eat, but had no appetite...but an hour later, so so sick. It is weird, and sucky. I don't like it. I am usually not the type to get ill like this, so I can't deal. :x

I'm in a crazy funk. I'm exhausted and my work environment will end in 7 days. I'm sick of dealing with it. I have no motivation to do anything after work.
It's HOT outside. We just had an unusually long fire drill and I feel gross from standing outside. I had planned on surprising NG by showing up at his soccer game unannounced tonight, but now I'm debating whether I really want to go out and sit in the heat again. Don't get me wrong, I love hot weather, but I want water to sit in
We just got back from a trip to the beach and I'm already itching to go back. Fortunately, I'm going to a different beach in like a month, but I want to go now.

My oldest nephew is 17 today and that makes me feel so old! Dinner and cake tonight at my brother's to celebrate, I'm excited to spend time with my nephews and nieces.
I just need one more sale before the end of the month to hit my goal of 10 sales a month on et.sy. I'm about to hit social media hard to promote!

I bought a new cute mousepad off Etsy at the beginning of hte month. Totally my fault, but had my old address on file. I have a forwarding address on that one, but for some reason, it shipped BACK to the seller last week (week THREE!) and then when he postman got it, it was shown to be REROUTED BACK TO MY ORIGINAL ADDRESS!! GRR! I just want my cute mousepad that cost all of $9, but I'm too cheap to order another one.
I took my 4 year old to the eye dr today. He has to have glasses. I feel so awful because I had no idea his vision was so bad
I didn't find out my vision was bad until I went to get my drivers license and failed. Once I got contacts and would see the leaves on trees or lines on the streets I was SHOCKED. I just thought everyone couldn't see those things lol.

Same thing happened to me when DS1 was 4. I noticed he was looking at me cross-eyed one day, and took him in. It turns out he's extremely far-sighted. Looking back at pics, I can tell he was crossing that eye slightly for over a year and I didn't notice it. He was so clumsy, he couldn't learn to write properly, couldn't cut in a straight line at preschool. All of those things were vastly better immediately after getting the glasses. I felt terrible about it!

I'm sorry. Does he owe you a lot?
Yes
All the orders are on file with the court, so maybe someday I'll see something...

The dr took him outside to show him how things are supposed to look. He said, "mom, everything looks so different!" I'm just glad we caught it now before he starts school.

He's had trouble learning to write, and I honestly never would've thought about it being because of his eyes. The dr told me not to beat myself up because my son couldn't tell me things are so blurry, because things have always looked like that to him. I feel like mother of the year right now!
It helps to know that your son improved immediately. I hope the same happens with my son.
Just got in from work. I'm taking my mom out to dinner (belated Mother's Day) so I need to get ready. Mexican food!! Yum! A margarita may be in order. Today started out with an adrenaline rush. My doorbell rang at 6 am and a guy passing by told me he smelled gas in front of the house. The propane tank between my house and next door (belonging to next door) was spraying out propane. My neighbors were not home. Had to call 911 and 3 fire trucks arrived very quickly. They took care of it and thank god everyone is perfectly safe. I have to say, people in this area are super watchful and always looking out for one another.
Tomorrow I'm seeing my friend and her baby again. Then heading to an evening baseball game.
Sunday I'm headed I the city and staying overnight. Because Monday morning I should be officially divorced when my attorney and I meet with the judge. I hope it can be all over and that the ass pays up. But I'm doubtful with that. But to be divorced will be nice.

How many days has it been? I think I remember that you had all 4 removed, right? I'm sorry. I had impacted wisdom teeth (had to cut gums to get them out), they did 2 at a time. I remember being swollen and uncomfortable for a few days, but nothing crazy. If it's been more than a few days, maybe call your oral surgeon/dentist?
