Oh, and I focused mainly on lifting. I did New Rules of Lifting for Women, then New Rules of Lifting for Abs, and at some point I added C25K as well to get additional cardio. I still haven't gotten all the way through C25K because I prefer running intervals to long distances.
Now I'm doing workouts out of the Women's Health Big Book of Exercises.

About 100 lbs lost here. Now it's about 85, but it's been at least 50lbs for the past 4 years (excluding a pregnancy), so I consider myself a success even though I'm not at the weight I should be yet.
It's certainly not earth shattering, but here we go.
ETA: Only 20lb loss, but I have put on a lot of lean body mass, so there's that. Size 12 to 4.
Can I ask a question? Feel free to ignore, if you like. Had you already had your reduction in the first picture? Yes, I was staring at your boobs. But just for a moment. You look great!
We have similar bodies from your before picture. Do you mind sharing how you did it? You look amazing!
Thanks! I used MFP to track everything I ate. I also ran on my elliptical for 35 minutes about 6 days a week, sometimes 45 minutes. I hate strength work, but did it at least 1-2 times a week. Just very basic squats and hand weights. My body responds pretty well to cardo. Hoping that hold true after I have this baby!!

No. When I lost weight my breasts never got even a smidge smaller.

Fingers crossed this works!
Edited to show stats. Started at 284 and a size 24 and am now 126 and a size 0. Took 2 years and I did it the old fashion way of eating right and working out! PDQ
I (heart) this thread. All of you are super inspiring and are giving me the kick in the ass I need to get my eating back on track so my workouts aren't for nothing.

I feel like an imposter posting this because I look like my "before" picture again This was back in 2011. I lost 80 pounds over the span of about 9 months and kept it off for about a year. Then I put it back on. Blah. But, hey, I want to be honest.
*POOF*
I did it by using Spark People to count my calories and track my exercise. It worked, obviously. I was diligent about going to the gym 6 times a week and took group exercise classes like spin, Body Attack and Body Pump. I cut out soda and really watched my caloric intake based on how much exercise I was doing. I worked up to running a 5K in about 32:00, going from not being able to run for 30 seconds. Honestly, I 100% could have kept the weight off, but I got married, went on a honeymoon, came back and kind of was down in the dumps after the festivities were all over and let myself get back into my old ways.
I don't plan to go as whole hog as I did before, but I do plan to hike 3-4 days this summer to get active again, cut way down on soda, start being more mindful of my eating, etc. This time I have no weight goal in mind, just being healthy.
Lurker here- not the best pics, but you get the idea.
I lost 60 pounds in 8 months on WW and have maintained for 2 years this October. I have yet to work out and I still enjoy food. People around me had no idea I was on ww, because I still enjoyed most foods. I think I was a size 20, but refused to buy the pants(I wore maternity even though DS was 2 years old) to a solid 10, sometimes 8 depending on style. Oh, and shirt size from XL to S.
I still have about 20 pounds to go, 10 until I am in the normal range. I think I am going to tackle those last few pounds this summer,
Just a face comparison that I shared on Instagram. I need to do full length pictures AND measurements. -47.3 pounds since January 1st. I'm going to hit 50 pounds this week. I can feel it. Lol
