That after picture is after a year but I looked like that about 4 or 5 months after starting. I started with the 30 Day Shred and did it everyday for 30 days. Two weeks before starting the Shred I would do exercises like 10 pushups, 20 squats, 20 sit-ups to get ready for the Shred because every other time I stopped after two days because I was so sore. After the 30 days I was still doing videos 5 or 6 times a week and running (3 or 5km) a couple times a week.
As for diet I'm eating way more now then I did before. I actually eat breakfast now (granola/nut cereal with chia seeds and fruit) snack (yogurt), lunch (leftovers, or wrap, snack (fruit), dinner (high protein& low carb).
At this point I'm in maintenance mode and it's fairly easy. Videos 3 or 4 times a week with randoms runs. The added muscles really allow for some cheats with the diet.
Those of you who lost 100 plus pounds, did you find any problems with extra skin? I am working on losing 110 pounds and worried about the extra skin. Could muscle toning or something help? Also, I have PCOS and have a hard time losing weight. Does anyone have any tips?
Yes. You can see it in my arms in my after picture. I'll never look like super model- but I felt damn good being that healthy and in shape. The skin never bothered me after I came to terms with the fact I'd never be walking the red carpet
See, it's all in the way you think about it ;-) also, you look pretty damn good to me! I promise I don't mean that in a creepy way :-)

Pcosdietsupport.com is a really good resource. I've used a lot of their guidelines. PCOS is a bitch, I feel for you.

This thread is so inspiring! I was doing so well with exercise and eating healty last year and lost almost all the weight I've been wanting to lose. I was 3 lbs away when I quit and now I am 2 lbs from to being back where I started I need to go back and eat healthy and exercise again.

Sorry I'm really late responding Smurfette but I haven't been on in days. W&W is correct. I have severe pcos and lost 40 lbs going into my IVF cycle last March. I gained 28 pregnancy pounds but was back to pre-preg weight by 3-4 weeks pp and am now down another 11 for a total of 51 lbs lost. I would love to lose more but I can't cut the calories much right now as I'm BF-ing and my milk supply suffered.
I blogged my journey in my weight loss blog (and at times my personal one too) and I believe the links are still in my siggy (I'm on mobile right now so I can't see them).
