Ugh! I wish I had know this yesterday and I would have gone out for a 0.1 mile run. Traveling and a killer half marathon had me lower this month but I'm ok with that number.
Swim: 5.71 miles Bike: 88.5 miles Running: 25.2 miles
Strength: 3.5 hours
Not horrible considering I took the first week to just ease back into activity and given the fact that I have broken up with running for a bit. I'm pretty excited about those swim numbers!
