Have you all seen the new 2015/2016 planners?! They have a new horizontal layout. On the old vertical layout, they left the square headings blank, so we aren't stuck with morning/day/night headings. I'm super excited!
I was so excited that I forgot to add my question. My current planner is July 2014-December 2015. Will they be releasing a January 2016-July 2017 one at the end of the year? I wish they would just do a January to December planner like normal people do.

Typically its July 2015 to Dec 2016 or Jan 2016 to Dec 2016
The vertical layout is why I like EC so I will be sticking with that.
I hate that they added the thankful thoughts section. I actually used that calendar that was there. Because....you know....its a PLANNER.
Oh for fuck's sake.
I'm glad all of the preview stuff is video based, because I have no tolerance for videos but I know that finding out more about the other new features would raise my blood pressure

Not all video based. There is a look book. 10 pages for each layout; )
I wish she made smaller ones. I love the look of them but I need a 5 x 8ish size
And thinner! I had one last year but it was just too bulky. But I also realized I'm just not a super planner. I like having a paper planner but I never used the EC planner the way it was really designed to be used.

I am a big list maker so I like the size and am used to the bulk. It stays at work most the time during the week so I am not really lugging it anywhere.
I am going back o the 12 month though. The 18 month is a bit more than I need in one book.
I wish she made smaller ones too! I can only carry mine in my work tote. I love it and use it for everything (work stuff, running stuff, travel stuff) but it is a pain that I can't fit it into my regular purse...
I really want one of these, but I know I will use it for like 2 weeks and then forget about it. So pretty.
I was trying to decide whether I really wanted one back when the fever first began, but I was too cheap, so I went to Target and bought a pretty planner instead and that's exactly what happened. Do a trial run!

If my diaries as a kid and calendars outside of school are any indication, this will not go over well lol. But target might quench the pretty need!
I will say that I tried to DIY something for myself last year and was great about using it until I needed to print the next 6 months of pages and ran out of ink in the middle of the process.
I am going to break down and get one of these this year since I know if I have it I will use it. Even if the stupid Thoughtful thoughts crap took the place of an actual calendar.
I was in an EC FB group that would uncoil theirs. I have no idea how...but it seems to be a thing, so I don't think you are weird.
I have seen many a You Tube video on that. It stresses me out..lol. What if you ruin it???
I definitely would ruin it. Isn't there some crafty tool that you need in order to do it? I think once you put it back, you have to use O rings or something else. I would either ruin it, or get bored and never come back to it.
