Is anyone watching Halt and Catch Fire?

Me and H watched the first season and it started off really good, then got weird toward the end of the season. We have the second season on DVR but haven't watched it yet. H is all into Silicon Valley now. OMG, lol, that is such his show with all of the computer jokes and stuff.

The first season nearly went off the rails there for a while, but I think it regrouped pretty nicely with the computer convention episode ("Up Helly Aa").

We'll have to watch the next season. I honestly don't even remember the end of the first season, just that both me and H started out liking it a lot, then it fizzled for us.

Do I have to finish the first season to get into the second season? I started off watching the first season but never finished it.

I started watching it last year, but I stopped halfway through the first season. Does it get better? I just remember thinking that all of the characters were pretty terrible people, and I didn't care what happened to any of them.

Yup, I'm watching! I watched S2Ep1 yesterday. I hope the main characters have to work together again and it seems like what they are going towards. Gordon has a coke problem already doesn't he?

I was not going to invest in season 2, but after hearing a lot of other folks saying that the season 2 premiere manage to get the series back on the rails, I'll probably give it a shot.
