I need help, I'm having the worst time finding one this year. My H's family has a houseboat at the lake, so we will be down there a few times this summer. I have some issues. First, I have a one year old and am still holding on to about 10 lbs of baby weight and have loose skin on my belly. Second, while I was pregnant I was fortunate enough to end up with round keloid scars on my chest (according to my dermatologist, apparently spontaneous keloids are a thing, because I never had acne on my chest), so I have about 5 or 6 little scars on the center of my chest and I am very self conscious about them. I've been getting steroid shots and they have flattened out, but are still red and very obvious. I also have some acne scarring on my upper arms/shoulder. I totally hate my body right now, and while I would be down with wearing a long sleeve or short sleeve rash guard and bikini bottoms, I'm afraid I will roast. I've never worn a rash guard before, so maybe I'm wrong, and if so, please tell me and I'll order that immediately. Anyway, I'm like a size 6-8 and want to cover stomach and chest if anyone wants to help me look. Also, only 28, so don't want to look like a grandma. I found this one from Target, but I'm not sure about it. link
I've checked Lands End, nothing came up high enough. Maybe I will have to stick with a rash guard. Where we live it's usually very humid during the summer, and while I will be in the lake some, most of my time will be on the dock.
High neck swimsuits are very in this year. I bought a two piece Mara Hoffman that I love.
But there are tons of cute, stylish one pieces that will cover the stomach and the chest. Check out Nordstrom and ?Bloomingdales. I'm sure you'll find something.
Have you tried " The Suit" It is a miracle worker. Also I had keloids while pregnant too I didn't realize it was common. I still have a few scars.
I looked at "the suit", but again, too low. Scars are almost in a straight line directly down the center of my chest, above my boobs. It's incredible frustrating. It's not very common I don't think, my dr had actually never seen it before in her 20+ years.

Even the high waisted ones? They're pretty high. What about a tankini from Land's End, or a dresskini/swimdress.
The high-waisted bottom would work fine, but none of the tops come up high enough on the chest.
I actually stay cooler in rash guards, generally - if you get them damp/wet, they keep your skin nice and cool. And bonus, no sunburns! (still wear sunscreen though!)

I found some really cute pics of some, but wasn't able to find links. This one is in stock and really reasonably priced *50 with free shipping). If you Google high neck swimsuit, I'm sure you can find more.

I got some short sleeve rashguards from old navy . I will era a bikini halter top underneath and the old navy shirred bikini bottoms. When I want extra coverage I wear running shorts instead of bikini bottoms.
