That FB Gem, while stupid overall, does bring up a decent point about not using your kids as your profile/cover photos.
I thought I was fairly locked-down on Facebook, but I took a look at what the public sees and totally forgot that the public can see all profile and cover photos, and my kid is in some!
But then it was just fun to see photos through the years of myself. VAIN.
Take a screenshot of yours and share!
(Or, if not a screenshot, post a few of your faves.)
I can't figure out how to screen shot my pictures small enough to post here. But, as of the past few years, it's been mostly me, or me and my husband, or me with my kids. Before, when I was a lot heavier, I never posted or used pics of myself. Plus, I only had one kid so she was always my profile pic. My cover photo is usually some sort of landscape pic or seasonal thing. Although now it's our family on the jumbotron at CBP.

There's definitely a setting that hides them. All you can see on mine is 1 cover photo of mine, and it's just some palm trees. If i remember correctly, when you change this setting, you have to click something that retroactively applies the setting and then you're all set. None of your pictures will be visible to public.

I stopped using kid pics as profile pics when I found out h's estranged mom that he hasn't seen in 14 years had printed them and has them framed in her house. Yeah.... It might not be a bad idea to see what else she can see
Almost every single one of my picture includes my kids. In fact, the only one that doesn't include a child is a bragpic (Is that a word? It should be a word) of Abby spelling Mommy (with 6 Ms) and Abby (backwards) with blocks when she was 2.5.
I can't screen shot, so here are some of my favorites:
