I'm just glad that she doesn't care if I want to be an alien. that's a total load off my mind because that's a thing that actually happens. I bet she doesn't care if people are "black, white, or purple" either. I wanna be a purple alien.

I made the same connection. I HAAATE when people say "I don't care whether you're black, white, or have purple polka dots!!" And what she said about the aliens came across that way to me too.
Megan Heimer spreads misinformation and is an asshole.
I really wish Megan Heimer would read some Julia Serrano, so she would learn that transphobia is actually just a particular way of expressing misogyny so she's not doing womankind any favors by accusing Caitlyn Jenner of sexism. I find it very interesting that women have been objectified CONSTANTLY for the benefit of straight men for millennia, but this one person assuming the stereotypical trappings of the objectified feminine appearance is somehow responsible for the collective oppression faced by women. Of all the ways that women are still marginalized in our society these days, mostly by cisgender heterosexual men, THIS is what compelled her to make a public statement about it?
Reading her responses to the comments (smiling face! elipses... Hi, Poster! ) just made me bubble a little with rage.
Then I got to this gem in response to someone who asked where she fit in on the femininity scale s someone who cannot have children:
I included many categories of women – single moms, teen moms, grandmas, stay at home moms, working moms, women who have no kids (i.e. business mogul), women battling female related cancers (which I think we can infer would leave many of them unable to have children), and menopausal women
She is such a fucking foul individual. Apparently holier than thou hateful and bigoted Megan Heimer who spreads misinformation and endangers public health forgot her bible studies on judging others.

This is where my mind went as well. That statement usually comes right before some racist bullshit. It's just another version of "I'm not racist but..."

If this is true (and I have never battled female related cancers) WHAT BUSINESS AM I FUCKING MOGULING?
Clearly, being super busy having a highly successful business mogul career is the only legitimate reason for not having children.

Soaking is a scented salt bath is supposed to draw viruses and bacteria out of your spine? What the motherfucking what?
If anyone had any trace of doubt, this woman is not a doctor. I question if she could manage the logic required in basic biology and chemistry classes even.

Sorry, I just really boggled at that sentence.
Yes, totes. But, vaccines are untested. YWIA! HTH! WWJD!
Summary: Caitlyn doesn't look like a real 65 year old woman (grandmotherly, coming to your house w/ casserole in hand) so she's perpetuating stereotypes that women are only valued for their looks.
It's VANITY FAIR. Something about keywords kinda gives it away. Lawd help. *shakes head*
