I've been eyeballing these pink pants for weeks. Then today when I saw your OOTD posts I was sold, that and the fact that they now have free shipping on any pair of pants ($8.00 shipping on a $17.00 pair of pants is crazy!)
I also signed up for the reward card (NOT the credit card) and got 10% off.
And for the record my first order keeps trickling in and these pants are amazingly comfortable and totally worth $12.50. (I got them when they were $19 and I'm still happy about it)
Talbots is awesome! I love all their pants! Ok except the high waist hollywood one but other than that I haven't found one pair that I didn't like! The only thing I found not TTS was their new cord pants. They are a little more snug fitting than their other pants around the waist.
I too cannot seem to stop! Ever since the post about the pumps they had on sale. I have now opened a credit card and probably been to the store at least three times and ordered online twice! The deals are crazy!

Word on the streets here is that Talbots is going out of business. No idea if there's validity to this rumor, but there is a Talbots corporate office here.

Talbot's has been on the brink for years. But they are not going out of business - they found a buyer and the deal was completed last week. Their new execs are from Vitamin Shoppe and Kohl's.
There's some debate as to the cause of their financial woes. I think it's because they only made corduroy jumpers and reindeer sweaters for years and more fashionable women jumped ship for AT and others. The corduroy jumper wearers say it's because they abandoned their loyal customers and started selling things that late 20s, early 30s women (as in, us) would wear that it had problems. It's a classic company and I wish it all the best finding its niche. That's part of the reason I shop there - I'm such a sucker for nostalgia (I was the original shoe poster who started all this.)

Thanks original shoe poster for getting me hooked.

OMG I would be sooooo sad if Talbot's went out of business. It's the only place I buy my business suits, and I get tons of work separates there as well. They are the ONLY store that carries high quality plus size petite clothes. I would most likely end up getting work clothes custom made if they went out of business.

I'm another that can't stop. The one thing holding me back has been the $8.00 shipping but I broke down for those shoes.
I remember reading that they were having $$ troubles, but glad to know they aren't going out of business. I'm still mourning the loss of Casual Corner years ago. I used to get all my suits from them and they fit me great.
I haven't tried Talbots suits yet, but I have high hopes. Plus, its one of few nicer stores that is near me ( there are actually 2 locations 1 outlet and 1 regular store) which is almost unheard of where I live.
My dad's checkbook would probably rejoice it Talbots went out of business! My mom is on a first name basis with not one but two Talbots. I had told her a couple months ago that I had read they may be going under, I think she may have been seriously depressed.

First, my SIL told me about the sale, then I saw it talked about on here and I somehow ended up in store yesterday. I bought 3 pairs of shoes, then came home, looked at their website and order 3 MORE pairs and a silk top!! I need an intervention. There's like 4 more pairs of heels that I had to stop myself from ordering. But, I spent about $160 total for SIX pairs of shoes and a top so that is pretty amazing. Their shoes are such high quality and one pair was orginally over $160 so I feel like I got a deal!
I don't know how to do multiple PIPs, but here's what I got:
And a leopard pointy toe flat that is no longer online. There's a gorgeous pair of boots online for like $50, but I'm not sure if they would fit my ginourmous calves and are final sale. Boo!
