Many years ago, I used to weight train (and workout regularly). Now? Not so much. I'm starting to notice changes in my body that I don't like, and I dont feel as fit as I used to. I would really like to get back into weight lifting, but I don't know where to start. I have a gym membership, and a small gym at work I can use.
Is there a good website/magazine/book for weightlifting plans? I know there is LOTS of information out there. I think that is part of what has me feeling overwhelmed.

I started by taking strength-based classes at my gym. The instructors were really good about showing me how to use proper form, and I learned different exercises I could put together.
If you want a book, The New Rules of Lifting for Women is good. I've heard good things about the abs version in the series, too.
