I don't my whole schedule this week until tomorrow so I don't know which day for which meal, but on the board for the week is,
Breakfast for Dinner (French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Hash Browns) Salmon, brown rice and a veggie Chicken with a sweet and tangy sauce with white rice and a vegetable Grilling out at the beach Leftovers Tomato Basil Pasta Nests with an alfredo sauce or red sauce
2 more weeks of no cooking for me! Gonna kind of miss having dinners prepped and made for me. However, I will be watching all of your menus because we're going to have three family members living with us for a few weeks when we move. It's going to be slightly weird cooking for 5 instead of for 2.
Sunday: homemade pizza with spinach and broccoli (hidden veggies!) Monday: lasagna that my mom randomly made and dropped off at our house? Tuesday: pierogies and kielbasa Wednesday: baked sweet potatoes, sauteed spinach, vegetarian buffalo wings Thursday: pasta...so many carbs this week, oh well Friday: dinner with the ILs
