Friday: Off Sat.: 23 mile road ride, wash 2 bikes (I do only a short ride the day before a race) Sunday: 3 hour mountain bike race. I came in at 2:57 for 4th in EXPERT!!!! (I usually race Base in 3 hour races for those that know about mtb racing. I'm a licensed Cat. 2...)
From a fitness perspective, I had a terrible weekend. (It's was a great weekend in other ways.)
F: 1/2 mile run (planned 2 miles, but had intestinal distress) S: rest (walked about 3 miles on the beach) S: planned 5 miles, did 4.5, most of that was walking and my knee hurts so badly now that I can't put any weight on it

F: 20 mile bike ride with H, 15 min brick run S: rest A: 50 min in open water and an hour on the bike course for my upcoming tri, in which I now confident of kicking ass. We also tried to go check out the WS 100 finish line happening, but parking was a beast and the mountains were calling, so a drive by is all we got to squeeze in. Special thanks to mrs.jacinthe for letting me sleep over and coming out for a swim (and pep talk)! Love you lady!! [

Fri: nothing Sat: does cleaning like a crazy person count? Sun: went with ktzmoh up the hill to swim and then be moral support for the now-not-scary hill. And unofficial not-a-race photographer
I did an 85 min bike ride, 1000 meter swim on sat, and 80 min run in the hottest/muggiest weather yesterday.
I also have been trying to learn how to do a back flip and I had my first accident, face to ground, so now I have a funny goose egg on my forehead. Good news is it was my face, not head, which means I made i almost made it, just need a little more rotation and a cushy mat. Lol.

I helped friends move on Saturday, that counts, right? I also slipped and fell on our wet patio on Saturday morning, I'm fine but really sore so I didn't do much else.
Friday - 3 mile run Saturday - throwing tires on our silage pile. Some of the people that helped told me it's "way better than the gym" and they were mighty sore on Sunday.
Sunday: 6 mile run in the afternoon. I melted. More throwing tires.
