My ILs live on a lake and always have a big party, so we are going over there. Their neighborhood puts on a great fireworks show and do a boat parade, which we are always a part of
On the lake all day and setting off our own fireworks that night with friends. I don't feel like dealing with traffic and worrying about DS at an official fireworks show.
Flying to Dallas on Thur and hanging with friends all weekend at my friend's lake house. They always go total red neck style with the amount of fireworks they buy! Flying home on Tue.
We are having a huge party. It is our first party at our new house and we will be celebrating DS and DD3's birthdays. My husband is starting a pizza food truck and will be debuting the food. We will have fireworks, music, food, kegs, jumping castle, and a sno cone machine. We are expecting 200ish people. I am beyond excited even though I have a ton of stuff to get done this week.

I have no idea!
We're driving up July 3rd to my in law's vacation house in the NC mountains. I'm sure we'll have something fun going on, but just being out of the horrendous Florida heat will be enough for me :-)

Friday a fireworks watching party at my cousin's house in Ohio. Saturday my DHs nephew's band is playing at a Rib Fest, so we will go there and then fireworks watching somewhere?
My cousin is getting married do we will be at her wedding. It should be fun, but I'm sad we don't get to do our usual fourth plans (BBQ with friends and walk to see the fireworks from their house).
Not much. DH works that night and DS1 doesn't love loud noises so I doubt we'll make any fireworks. We will probably go to the pool during the day and have a little barbecue that night. Possibly hang out with neighbors.
for Canada Day (July 1), we typically go to a really quaint town (Niagara-on-the-Lake), see their little parade, visit Fort George and hang out by the lake. Then, my SIL and BIL will have fireworks at their house in the evening.
The boys and I will be driving to visit my family for the 4th. I'm so excited since my cousin is hosting a family reunion. Most of my cousins haven't met my kids yet and they all have kids, so the boys will have a grand time. My cousin has a huge yard and pool. We'll stay at my sister's for 5 days then come back up here.
It's been years since I've been able to celebrate both holidays in the same year.
We are dumping the kid off at MIL's and going to see Garth Brooks followed by fireworks. DD is terrified of fireworks so this as much for her as us. No fireworks allowed in MIL's town.
I don't know that we have any plans, lol. We may do a last minute bbq with my sister. No idea of BIL will be flying or not. Maybe we will try and go see fireworks somewhere.
H has off Thursday and Friday so we are going to a couple local farms to tire DD out, but nothing actually planned ON the weekend. Though the 4th is the 9th anniversary of when H proposed!
My mom is picking DD and I up tomorrow afternoon to go to the lake! Mom, dad, DD and I are the lake Wednesday and Thirsday, hen my H, sister, BIL, and H's mom and stepdad join us Thursday night. My parents are always really gracious about having my ILs to the lake so they can all enjoy DD for he weekend. And it buffers the Il time!
My parents live on a bay, so we pretty much spend the entire 4th lounging around by the water, eating, and drinking (although there won't be much of the latter for me this year). We generally invite some local friends to hang out with us (including leonard131 and family this year!), and DH and the guys spend all day smoking some sort of meat for an evening barbecue. A couple different towns/developments set off fireworks, so we watch those once it gets dark, and usually have a bonfire as well.
We have a cookout at our friends' house on the 3rd (well AJ and I do, J will be at work) and will probably go to a local parade on the 4th if it doesn't rain. And cook out with either my parents or FIL/SMIL (ew).

The local symphony is doing a "July 4" concert in the park on the 1st, which we are going to. We fly to FL for our "vacation" at my mom's on July 4. We are all realy looking forward to it, though I know it isn't everybody's idea of a vacation.
We are dumping the kid off at MIL's and going to see Garth Brooks followed by fireworks. DD is terrified of fireworks so this as much for her as us. No fireworks allowed in MIL's town.
I'm sooooo excited.
Garth Brooks is amazing by the way.
I went in November and it was like the highlight of my life...haha.

One of DH's coworkers is having a barbecue/pool party. So that should be fun. That night we'll be keeping an eye on the neighbors and their illegal fireworks.
H's aunt and uncle own a gorgeous lakefront house on the biggest lake in our metro area. His birthday is the 4th, so they always throw a big party. We've gone almost every year since we've been together. SS will get to go tubing, C can splash around and I can park in a beach chair. Cannot wait!

My mother-in-law is having a huge get together with my brother-in-law and some friends and some of my friends. I plan on spending the day at the beach or on the boat and drinking.

There is a big fourth of July parade at the corner of our street that we always attend. I'm not sure what we're doing after that. We'll ride our bikes to our friend's house for fireworks in the evening.
I said to DH last night that I think DS would love going to a parade. He says Catonsville (where he grew up), and I say Towson (closer to us and I feel like everything I hear about the Catonsville parade makes me think it will be impossible to park and find a place to watch).
We'll head downtown to two parties, which are walking distance from each other. And watch the fireworks from our friend's roof deck!
We are dumping the kid off at MIL's and going to see Garth Brooks followed by fireworks. DD is terrified of fireworks so this as much for her as us. No fireworks allowed in MIL's town.
I'm sooooo excited.
I saw Garth in February. It was phenomenal. Have a great time!
We will probably go over to the ILs during the day to hang out, then go over to my parents in the afternoon/evening to grill out and shoot off fireworks. It'll probably be a much earlier night than usual, now that we have C.
We were planning on going to the shore, but I think my MIL will have a crowd, so we will probably stay home. My BIL and his family will be there and they generally let their kids run wild, so we'd rather not head down for a "relaxing" weekend with a newborn. Waiting to see if my aunt and uncle will be hosting a BBQ like they normally do. Hoping to see fireworks somewhere. DH is off Friday so we will likely head into the city for some Welcome America events if the weather cooperates.
