Chicken kabobs that we get from the butcher, corn on the cob, baked potatoes and red, white and blue sangria.

Greek Pasta Salad (I can't remember what site I found this recipe on), it's delicious.

Greek pasta salad
1lb cooked pasta
2/3 cup sliced katamala olives (or you can use reg black olives)
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 cups sliced cherry tomatoes
2/3 cup red onion, chopped
2 cup green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup Greek dressing( I use newman's)
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and toss while pouring the dressing to mix evenly. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover & refrigerate 3-4 hrs.

I make "kabobs" every year that have strawberries, marshmallows and blueberries. We will also have a few salads for sides, baked beans, grilled corn on the cobb, watermelon and strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Found this awesome app that I tested at a recent cook out and will do again for a July 3rd cook out we're hosting:

Layered on a toothpick, bottom to top:
watermelon chunk
slice of goat cheese
basil leaf
strawberry slice

drizzle with honey (I got honey goat cheese this time, which should be really good)

It was a big hit, but it doesn't do well sitting out very long.
