I just realized I didn't get DD anything. I have a red, white, and blue Tea dress in her closet so I think I'll go with that. I don't feel like going shopping for something new but if you show me something really cute I might just have to.
He happens to have some trunks that are red, white, and blue, so he'll wear those most of the day. I picked up a flag tee on children's place winter clearance that fits right now, so he has that for later in the day!
For some reason I can't get the shirt to PIP. It's gray...with four of those same hearts in the middle. Not my first choice exactly but DD loves it, I didn't buy it and my mom grabbed it on super sale. We're just going to the pool in it anyways. I also have plans to trade the shirt out for a navy blue T at some point in the day so we and do pictures as I do think the shorts are cute.
My mom got this for DS:
Cute enough!
I love Thanksgiving outfits. I love Christmas outfits. For any other holiday whatever my mom buys is just fine.
I think they both own blue shirts and jean shorts. Holiday clothing is most definitely not my thing. I just threw some Christmas jams into DD2s rotation.
All of these are so cute and make me bummed that I didn't plan ahead. Maybe I will go shopping tomorrow after all. We'll see if anything is even left in her size!
Mine were all consignment finds, so no pics. But DS has a blue checked romper from Carters and DD has a few options. She's not here yet, so I don't know how big she'll be. We hope to come home from the hospital on the fourth, so I wanted to have them in holiday themed clothing. I have a petite lem dress that's adorable, but 0-3 size and then a newborn carters dress.

We brought DD home on July 4 last year! She wore a RWB dress with stars from Baby Gap. It was a 0-3 and HUGE. She wore it again on Chilean Independence Day in September and it fit better then

I got at a consignment sale a pair of swim shorts that are red and white stripe on one leg, navy with stripes on the other. With a red Ralph Lauren shirt.
My niece's birthday is July 2 and she asked for a sparkler party on the 4th of July so C will wear these from Carter's - a little over the top but whatevs.

I've decided we'll do a July 4 theme for her newborn/DS's 2 year old pictures too. It's only a couple weeks later, but hopefully it fits. Or just isn't laughably large.
DD is wearing the Eleanor Rose bicycle romper on the 4th. She also has this Tea romper bought last summer that she'll wear this weekend. And this J&J bubble was worn today. I think she might have more red/white/blue clothes in her closet, but they're escaping my memory right now.

DD1 has a flag maxi dress from Target that is adorable.
DD2 has a blue and white smocked gingham dress, a smocked bishop dress in navy blue with something in red and white on the smocking (maybe flowers? Not overtly patriotic), and a super cheap sundress with a flag motif that has seen way better days. All of these were DD1's four years ago.
They both also have matching flag themed ruffle skirts from Walmart that are surprisingly adorable. They wore them last year, but they still fit.
So, we'll either have several costume changes or be patriotic for days :-)
I have nothing for myself. I'm not even sure I can muster up a red shirt. I actually looked at Target last week, but I couldn't find anything!
