Same here, our wolf is blowing his coat and it's ridiculous. So.Much.Fur. Pet smart will brush them for 30 min for $15, I've gone and dropped him off for just a brushing and it helped a bit.

What kind of dog?
When H was stationed in 29 Palms, his roommates had a husky and when she blew her coat, her fur was everywhere. It looked like she exploded. You have my sympathies.
The shedding blade is amazing for terriers, though it does nothing for my lab. My terrier loved it so if I picked it up he came running. it looks scary but most of my dogs have loved it. The only one who did not had contact dermatitis.
My big dog sheds in puffs. Big chunks of fur just fall out all over the place, twice a year when he goes through his sheds. No matter how much I brush him, three days later there are Sonny-puffs all over once again.
I think I'm going to take him out right now and furminate him because of this thread.
Quincy is shedding his undercoat too. We furminate every other day and there's still more coming to the surface. Giving him a bath usually helps get a lot out too.
The furminator is a godsend with the double coated shedding dogs. My golden gets furminated at least once a month, and once a week during his shedding seasons. It helps so much.
