I have a serious Tom yum issue. I have a bowl at least 5 days a week. That's over a gallon a week! I've had my 24 quart stock pot full all day to make chicken stock that's now becoming Tom yum.
I eat an alarming amount of roasted broccoli every week. You know those huge bags that are like 2-3 lbs from Costco? Yeah, I take down one of those a week.
Yogurt. I eat a LOT of yogurt. Right now I'm loving this homemade stuff from the farmer's market with a few tablespoons of ground flax mixed in. Or raspberries. God it's so good. I should learn how to make my own yogurt, lol.

So remember that online Lindt deal I mentioned recently? Buy 3 bags of 75 truffles, get two bags of 75 truffles free? Well, uh, turns out, I like Lindt truffles cannot be trusted with Lindt truffles in the house. Oops.
Another for me is pickles, specifically my homemade pickles from last year's garden. I only have 2 jars left! Thank goodness we are already harvesting pickle cucumbers.
Just finished straining all of my Tom yum. I have 3 gallons cooling in the fridge.
The Dole ones are good too. I found them at Costco.
Ooh - I like the Dole ones too, but I hesitate to buy them because they're not exactly the best value. I didn't know Costco carried them! I'm going there Monday, and these are now on my list. Thanks!

I made a frittata last week and it's seriously all I could think about, I didn't even want to share! It's just red bell pepper, chicken breakfast sausage, cheese and eggs. I'm making another one tonight, lol.
And the Claussen spicy dill pickle chips. Omg yum. I just bought 2 jars at the store today.

I have no clue what Tom yum is or why it requires straining. It seems like a lot of work.

I go through chicken apple sausage phases to an extent that even makes me uncomfortable. lol. I have to stop myself from buying more even though it's all I want.

It's Thai lemongrass soup. The lemongrass and kefir lime leaves are inedible so I strain it.
