Watermelon. We have been going through 2 a week. And dark chocolate pomegranate candy from Costco. That lasts longer because I told the girls it's spicy.

Banana "ice cream" made with frozen banana slices and a splash of vanilla, in the blender. It's creamier than real ice cream and has ended my decade-long hatred of overripe bananas.
I am obsessed with overnight oats. I love them in the summer.
I just started making these, I am also obsessed!!! I do oats, low sugar vanilla almond milk, cinnamon, banana and pecans, it's like dessert for breakfast!
I make this spicy edemame with chili garlic sauce and hoisin mixed with sesame oil and rice wine vinegar. It's so freaking amazing and I probably eat at least a bag a week. I know soy is bad for you, so I try to limit my intake, but it is sooooo good.
I'm not even a big ice cream person. I usually don't keep any at home, but will go out for ice cream/frozen yogurt a handful of times in the summer. This stuff is soooo good.
