We try to leave it at 78 at all times from June - October. Sometimes we'll drop it down to 75 or 76 when we're in the house. Otherwise our summer electric bills get to be outrageous.

It is always set at 78 no matter if we are home or away. Ceiling fans are used on low in whatever room we are in. The only time we lower the temperature is if we have overnight guests, as we know most people don't sleep comfortably with it so warm. Even then we only drop it to 76, and figure they can crank the ceiling fan on high.

78 during the day, 74 at night. Our house is really poorly insulated, though. I think there are only 2 rooms that actually stay the correct temp. It's probably around 85 in the living room and kitchen. I sweat all day long and I hate summer.

68 all the time.... I'm pregnant and running hot. I have no patience for cool down time. Normally we run it at 72, but we have a new unit and duct work so probably could have gone 74 if I wasn't so hot from this baby. We had to run it so cold because the air barely made it to the 2nd floor.
I'm trying not to feel too bad for he environment since we kept it 64/65 in winter and don't run it at all when the temp is comfortable enough for open windows.
Generally 72 at all times (leave it that way for the animals when we are gone). Sometimes we move it down to 70 at night during the summer. I can't sleep when it's hot, and upstairs is always warmer.
73 in the summer, 67 in the winter. We never change it when we go out or anything. Our house is old and kind of crappy though, so the upstairs is never the right temperature. Freezing in the winter and burning up in the summer.
