I had to send back 2 right out of the box because they didn't work. This one will only stay on for about 10 minutes at a time and then it goes dark. I have to wave it around for it to light back up. It won't stay on long enough for me to do anything with it.
I want to tell them to forget it all and demand my money back for all my Kindle related expenses like my screen savers which came in a pack of three and since I'm on my 3rd Kindle I don't even have them anymore, the case and the warranty. Do you think I can make this happen?
Do you have a magnetic smart cover on it? The magnet on mine would turn it off all the time like that even when I had it open to read. I had to stop using it.
Which model? I have the voyage and it has a sensor which adjusts the light, but I do have to periodically go in and manually adjust the starting back light.

It's a Kindle Fire. I will have to try taking the cover off. It would make sense for it to be a user error because I know they have good reputations. I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong.
