My Fitbit Flex is charged, but it is not syncing and recording any steps. I have tried to sync it both on my computer and my phone, but it still says I have 0 steps for the day and the last sync was 12 hours ago. I have tried restarting it, and it still won't sync.
I only purchased my Fitbit in January, and I am disappointed that I am having issues with it already. Anyone else have this happen? Any advice?
The same thing happened to me; mine was about a year old. I contacted fitbit support and they ended up sending me a new one. I think it's a common problem.
