How many pairs of shoes does your kid have?

Right now, 4 in his current size. 2 pairs of crocs (one open toe sandal type, one regular), a pair of sneakers, and a pair of boots (not sure why I bought him boots that he'll outgrow before its cold enough to wear them)

3. Ds is picky about shows and I learned awhile ago to stop buying him shoes.

4 and two of them are crocs. She also has one pair of chucks, and one pair of flip flops, since she was obsessed with mine.

Holy shoes for some of these kids! DS alternates between 2 pairs. Summer is See Kai Run sandals. The rest of the year is Clarks velcro shoes, one navy and one tan.

He also has water shoes and winter boots.

DS went from size 6 to 8 in one year, so I'm not into financing a multi pair wardrobe.

So 19 pairs? Ridiculous. Most of them are from Nordstrom. Out of all those I think 4 or 5 are too big and for her to wear next year. She's at the point now where some are starting to be too small and some are too big. For fall I'm getting her a pair of Kids Express t strap shoes and a pair of Ugg boots. She loved the hunter rain boots but they weren't warm at all.

dd2 has keens, 2 sneakers, 1 flip flops and some mary jane squeakers (minus the squeak)

i definitely overbuy on shoes.

One. His foot is so wide I seriously can't even find shoes that fit him. I'm trying to replace his current pair because they are so hard to get on his feet but can't find any that got better. At least I save money every time somebody posts a great Keen deal on Amazon or SKR sale etc.

Stride Rite: sandals and Mary Janes
H&M: espadrilles. My husband insisted on buying these for her for a party.

She has two more pairs of flip flop type shoes, but I don't let her run around in those so they don't really count.

Each kid has one pair of silver sandals (cheap from Target) and one pair of brightly colored Keens that were stupidly expensive but match their swimsuits adorably.

Waaaay too many. I think he has 10 pairs in size 4-6. My mom buys him sooooo many shoes it's ridiculous!!!

Right now he has 1 pair of Stride Right sneakers, 1 pair of Sperrys, 1 pair of Circo (Target brand) Teva knock-offs, and a pair of flip flops.

He also has a pair of cowboy boots and some firefighter rain boots that he wears more for dress up than anything else, but they are real shoes that do fit him, so I guess they count.

A lot but unfortunately only 3 pairs that fit right now. He is in between sizes so only a couple of his 6 's fit and his 7's are too big. He has the tiniest feet. Right now we rotate between SKR a pair form Old Navy and Toms

When he can fit into his 7's he has a couple SKR, Keens, a pair from Hatley, some flip flops, and a cool pair of new balance.

Because I am obsessed with buying his shoes I bought a pair of SKR on sale in 8's last week. I figure maybe next year he can wear them!

Right now J has a pair of SKR closed toe sandals and a pair of sneakers. He wears the sandals every day though.

The girls each have two pairs of robeez.

2 Pair- SR first Shoes ( one fits and the other is too big for now). They are sneakerish so we don't really wear them now.
1 Pair Sandals- He wears these all the time.

1 Pair Hard Bottom Shoes/Dress Shoes ( ILs insisted on these)

I just bought 2 more pair in the next size up.

DS has one pair of athletic shoes and one pair of sandals.

ODS has 3. 1 pair of Stride Rite sneakers, 1 pair of Sketchers sneakers, and one pair of Merrell sandals. I buy dress shoes on an as needed basis, and he has outgrown his pair. I will buy him another when the need arises.

YDS has only one pair of Stride Rites right now. He destroyed his other sneakers and outgrew the sandals. I need to get him another pair before vacation.

I buy most of their shoes at a small shoe store local to us that has Stride Rite and the other "nicer" kid brands. ODS wears a wide, so it is easier that way. Occasionally, I will get them a pair at Marshall's.

I aim for two pairs at any one time.
