Our practice will let me schedule an induction anytime after 39 weeks, if you had easy deliveries before. So, it's an option. They'll only let me go 2 weeks over if the size is a-ok. I go back in on Friday - I'll decide then, I think.

My favorite doc in the whole world, wanted to do a quick check today to see if any amniotic fluid was present in case I had started leaking and didn't know it. As he was done, he was all sing song, like, "Nope, nada, nothing, zilch, zero....", and then kind of trailed off when he looked over and saw my face. It was a cross between lethal death stare and crazy hormonal lady about to burst into tears. ;-p

Omg what a bummer. The home stretch is freakjng brutal.

With my first I went to my dr for a progress check, and there was none... No effacement, no dilation, nothing.

Dr assured me labor was still at least a week away. My water broke the next night.

LOL, yeah, the baby is probably a girl and heard we might name her Calla, so she's lying low until he comes around. :-p
