1. How old is your baby? 6 weeks 2. What are the best and worst parts of your baby's current age? Best-- she is very portable; I can watch TV and not worry about corrupting her. worst-- lack of sleep; general fussiness, especially during her witching hours. 3. If you had plans to TTC again or be finished after this one, have you changed your mind or do you plan to stick with those plans? And what are they? She is #2 and we are done. We never envisioned more than 2, and I am old. 4. Are you on ML, back at work or a SAHM? How's it going? Technically, on summer vacation (teacher), but it would be ML anyway. I'll go back to work in Sept.
1. Six weeks 2. Sleep but he's quickly getting to be pretty good for his age...probably will all go to shit at four months just like with with his brother! 3. We will revisit the topic in two years but I'm 90% certain we are done. Particularly after five straight days with my two year old! 4. ML! I love it.
1. 5 months 2. Best - growing out of the colic stage and watching just how fast she is learning. Worst - teething messing with her sleep. 3. Planning one or two more but I'm leaning towards only one more. We want 2-3 years between kids. 4. SAHM and going much better. Being a mom is hard and I've been fighting PPD.
1. How old is your baby? About 4 1/2 months. I lost track of weeks, haha.
2. What are the best and worst parts of your baby's current age? I love his cooing, smiles, excited noises, that he STTN most of the time, and I just love watching him learn things. He's getting pretty good at grabbing things! The worst is probably how cranky he gets when he's tired.
3. If you had plans to TTC again or be finished after this one, have you changed your mind or do you plan to stick with those plans? And what are they? We plan on at least one more kid. I kinda hope we have a girl next because I really want one of each but I'd be happy with a brother for E too. We don't plan on TTC again for quite a while. Daycare is so expensive.. no way we could afford another one any time soon! We will probably start thinking about it when E gets closer to 2 but if things are the same, we will probably wait longer than that.
4. Are you on ML, back at work or a SAHM? How's it going? Went back May 15 after 12 weeks. I'm tired 99% of the time but I do kinda enjoy time to "myself" where I'm not in a cycle of feed, change, entertain, do something quick while he naps and repeat. It's nice to get a break from that But some days I do just want to stay home with him!
Best are that he's smiling and he makes cute little noises. He can play with his toys now and entertain himself a little as opposed to only being held.
Worst--he is a fussy eater and kind of fussy in general.
I have no idea about a second one. DS is very challenging.
I'm back at work. It's going really well. I really enjoy my job.
2. What are the best and worst parts of your baby's current age? Best-shes she's starting to show some personality. She laughs and smiles all the time. Worst- I can't think of anything right now.
3. If you had plans to TTC again or be finished after this one, have you changed your mind or do you plan to stick with those plans? And what are they? AS an IFER I can't imagine ever not TTC. We'll keep doing it the old fashion way for the next year or two and revisit treatment or adoption options then.
4. Are you on ML, back at work or a SAHM? How's it going?[/quote] I am on summer break after going back to work for 8 days after 10 weeks of ML. It's been great although sometimes I think I'll tear my hair out if we're in the house all day. I'm going back to work in 2 weeks and I'm not ready for that transition.
1. 5.5 months 2. Best - he is interactive and fun, worst:he is starting to screech and want to eat every time he sees me. 3. Still planning on 2. Going to start ttc I'm October after my sister's wedding (I need to be able to drink ) 4. SAH but picking up about 10 hrs a week with a new gig.
1. 3 weeks today 2. Worst are the frequent newborn feedings and frequent growth spurts. Best is all the newborn cuddles. 3. We are 99% sure we are done. 2 babies in 14 months is more than I bargained for. 4. On ML until mid Sept and going back very part time.
2. What are the best and worst parts of your baby's current age? BEST: She's been amazingly sweet and chill baby. She's STTN 10 hours straight since she was a month old (!!!). She nurses quickly anywhere. She is very attached to me, and never cries if I'm around. WORST: she cries if I'm not around, heh. She's a bottle refuser. She goes hysterical if she's not with me. So I've only left her once in her life so far, and it was a disaster.
3. If you had plans to TTC again or be finished after this one, have you changed your mind or do you plan to stick with those plans? And what are they? We are absolutely done at 2. I got my tubes tied during my second c/s. We are very happy, we both feel our family is complete at 4. One boy, one girl.
4. Are you on ML, back at work or a SAHM? How's it going? Been a SAHM since DS was born 3.5 years ago. I love it! I really enjoy being home with the kids. And being home allows DH to focus on his career, which is blossoming. We're all very happy.

1. 8 weeks old. 2. He is just starting to smile, which I love! He also loves to be snuggled which is so sweet. I do wish he'd sleep longer, but we have some eating issues, so I think he just gets hungry frequently. 3. My H is firmly OAD. I had a rough delivery, which I think terrified him and he also says being a parent is scary. Lol. I'm giving it some time before I decide one way or the other. We have really great IF coverage on my insurance, but I'm on COBRA and only until February so we need to decide soonish. 4. I'm going back to work next month.
1. How old is your baby? 6 weeks, but he's 14+ lbs, so he looks like a 4-month-old.
2. What are the best and worst parts of your baby's current age? He's sooooo chill. That's a function of his personality vs his age, but we just can't get over how much easier this is with a non-colicky baby. I love the snuggles at this age. There's not much I don't like this time because he's an easy baby. Ask me again when I'm working and he isn't sleeping, though.
3. If you had plans to TTC again or be finished after this one, have you changed your mind or do you plan to stick with those plans? And what are they? We're done. He's our second, and we only wanted two. Prior to my L&D, I would have said that we'd consider a third if we won the lottery or something, but a kind of bad L&D has settled it for us.
4. Are you on ML, back at work or a SAHM? How's it going? I'm on summer break, so not really ML, but not really working. I do have meetings all day most days for the next two weeks, so he's getting lots of grandma time. It's going well.
DS is 7 weeks today, but weighs what my daughter did mat 6 months.
He is sleeping pretty well...last night he was up at 3:30 and now up for the day at 6:30. It is by no means consistent, but better than DD did. I feel like he might STTN soon, which DD didn't do til 10 months.
He is generally only happy being held if he is awake. The car and stroller lull him to sleep and sometimes we will sleep in the vibrating chair. But he wont lie on a blanket or play mat at all. Again, so different than DD.
I am on mat leave. It's fine. Won't be back to work until January or next April. I miss my job, I think. Lol.
Edit: I think we are done with 2. I have really struggled with this one. It has been tough on our marriage and I don't think we can handle a 3rd. Plus DS was 10 lbs and his delivery was ugly. I don't think I can do that again.

I love seeing all of these pictures, everyone is so cute!
1. How old is your baby? 4 months 2. What are the best and worst parts of your baby's current age? Best: He is an awesome sleeper, like 11-13 hours straight every night. He is developing quite the personality and is very happy and smiles a lot, he's pretty chill, doesn't really cry unless somethings wrong. Worst: He's starting to get opinions about things and will arch his back when he doesn't want to do something. Plus he screams in the car seat, just hates it. 3. If you had plans to TTC again or be finished after this one, have you changed your mind or do you plan to stick with those plans? And what are they? We are still on the fence, I always wanted two, DH is good with one. We're older and daycare is so expensive, I'm not ruling anything out, but I'm leaning more towards OAD, especially after the hip issues DS had, I would hate for it to be worse with a second. 4. Are you on ML, back at work or a SAHM? How's it going? Back at work, things are good, I LOVE DS daycare, hope it stays that way, and he's thriving which makes me so happy.
